Safe to say I was having a panic attack the whole time. First off we love our doctor, Dr.Moore. We created a good relationship with him which made it easier to talk to him and put my trust into the situation. All the nurse we had (Alba, Michelle, Anna, Anissa) were amazing and listened to me and my concerns. I'll never forget any of them and appreciate them all. Plus this is all during a pandemic. I initially went to get well urgent care for something in October and they did not do a great job…read morelong story short and I ended up being admitted to the hospital. Dr. Nanra over saw my care while I was there and said if anything comes up come and see us. I decided to take him up on his offer today when I woke up to some questionable symptoms. They had me in and out within an hour (unheard of for urgent care as busy as them, especially with them also being a primary care clinic.) the clinic is clean, the staff is friendly and they are very on top of it. The doctor listened to my history and what led up to today and took all of that into consideration with his treatment options. I will definitely be returning here for my urgent care needs. I'm happy that I have the option to go here if anything urgent arises and know that they care about their patients. Thank you golden state!!!

I kept getting denied by my insurance. My insurance kept requesting more info for the MRI. The NP D. Huizar I had seen never called my insurance to do a Dr to Dr call to get my MRI approved. I went to the office twice when rejection letters from insurance were received. The letters specified the info they needed and for my medical office to call them. I even wrote up a list of meds and dates seen for my medical issue to help her when she was to speak to insurance. She still hasn't called and now insurance has cancelled all mri requests for my issue and I have to start all over again. The front office staff had a hard time scanning my documents to be put in my file, she wasn't loading pages correctly. This place is not worth going to.
