Stephen the admin comes with experience and will take time to introduce himself and answer concerns. The building is older, but clean and well maintained. You actually see patients awake and out of their rooms. The surrounding area feels safe and parking is accessible. There's a certain stigma that surrounds nursing homes, but a short term stay with the right people can get your quality of life back. I just wanted to say thank you to everyone that worked with us.

Dr.Steffan was amazing, she was empathetic, caring, understanding and knew how to manage my particular condition. The issue I have with this particular place is that I have a condition that I called and asked who specialized in and wanted to work with that Dr., made the appointment & got the ball rolling with her. What I didn't know was that if I didn't specifically say I wanted to ONLY be scheduled with her every time, they will schedule me with anyone. Sometimes another PT specialist but most times a PT assistant. And not everyone at this location provides the same level of care. I gave other specialists a try (multiple times) before asking the front desk to only schedule me with Dr. Steffan every time or let me know when she wasn't available so I can reschedule. Which to me this makes no sense, how can you determine if you're patient is doing better or not if you don't see them every week? It doesn't make sense. I've gone to PT at another location for my back before, this was the first time I experienced a rotating system like this. The only location assigned you the same person every time you went in for your appointment. The front staff is great & will make sure to accommodate your scheduling request so if you do find someone you prefer to work with just make sure you let them know or you will be rotated through different PT specialists & their assistants.

Experience: Absence of showers, although they exist, caregivers are not available and eight days passed without one People are screaming and yelling at all hours Many people in saturated diapers for hours and hours, it smells terrible, and that is unsanitary & terrible for skin Items requested during stay were granted but never received as if the caregivers placated thinking coherence was lacking therefore this may go unnoticed It was things like this, and more not listed, that showcase a facility of dishonest practices and inefficiencies, the reason for the review.

I initially went to get well urgent care for something in October and they did not do a great job…read morelong story short and I ended up being admitted to the hospital. Dr. Nanra over saw my care while I was there and said if anything comes up come and see us. I decided to take him up on his offer today when I woke up to some questionable symptoms. They had me in and out within an hour (unheard of for urgent care as busy as them, especially with them also being a primary care clinic.) the clinic is clean, the staff is friendly and they are very on top of it. The doctor listened to my history and what led up to today and took all of that into consideration with his treatment options. I will definitely be returning here for my urgent care needs. I'm happy that I have the option to go here if anything urgent arises and know that they care about their patients. Thank you golden state!!!

I have worked with four different therapists and they all have been very professional and polite. The day of her discharge, I had called to let them know I was running 10 mins late due to waiting for the movers at her originally facility to complete their tasks. I got there in 12 mins. They had already discharged her and left 5 mins before I arrived. #1 - you don't discharge a patient who has a cognitive decline diagnosis. #2 - even after 2 calls to let them know i was 2 mins aways and let the nurses know this - I was reassured that they'd inform staff. #3 - THE FOOD! the worst institutional food (if you could call it that). So SHAME ON YOU COVENANT! I expected more from you, especially carrying the "Covenant" name.
