Getting the pictures throughout the day and updates when I would come to pick up, made me know that our toddler was cared for and nurtured so lovingly while with Ms. Lashae and Ms. Ronesha. Airin and her team were so incredible to us. Airin held our hand every step of the way with this transition to daycare for our family. I do not know how she and Julie juggle all of their responsibilities so gracefully and can be so responsive to calls and emails while also keeping the center running safely and efficiently. I was excited to be able to send my daughter there when they had a spot for her in July 2020. When COVID hit they were able to accommodate me and I was so grateful to have a safe place to send my 4 month old. Although I'm sad to miss the experience of "picking her up" inside the school because of COVID they do a good job of giving me updates about her day with a daily schedule. They moved my daughter up to another room after a few months of being there and I can honestly say she is thriving! She comes home happy and tired which is a plus for me. Her motor skills and social interactions have also excelled because she is trying to copy what all the older kids are doing. I really like Discovery and all the wonderful staff there. I'm glad my daughter found a home away from home.

When I went in to check out the facility, everyone was very courteous and attentive, answering all my questions. Their facility was incredibly clean and the rooms are large with several stations for the kids to play in. My twins are 3 years old and they were in Ms. Ashley's class. She was amazing with them. We had just moved in to town and Discovery Preschool was very sensitive to the children's needs since they were in transition. They provided constant care and routine for them when it was really important. They were very supportive and helpful with potty training for my one who was reluctant. My kids learned a lot in their program in the short 4 weeks they were there. The only reason I took them out was that we moved to another part of town so I picked a preschool that was closer to home. I would often sit with my twins as they ate breakfast so I would take my time with them before leaving them there. No one ever had any issues with me spending time with them at the school. If we move back to this part of town, I would love to put my kids back at this preschool. They loved their teachers, their class and their "friends."

My son started here at a very young age and utilized several of the services. We had speech and occupational therapy. He was in a self contained classroom. He had Mrs. Neville and Mrs. Bishop. Both of these ladies took care of my son like he was their own. Mrs. Dillard in the kitchen put him to work delivering breakfast carts and he enjoyed that more than they realize. When he had behavioral issues Mr. Wolfe stepped up and helped him earn some rewards back. We have enjoyed our time and experiences here and will miss these ladies like no other!

The staff always greets us when we walk in, and we can tell that the ladies caring for our little one take their job seriously and truly care for her (and the rest of the class's) well-being. There were maybe five employees or adults in the front office at the time and basically made us feel like we were a burden for even stepping foot inside the door. The employee that "greeted" us never once asked my child's name or acknowledged him. So I guess that was a good indicator that she wasn't in it for the right reasons. It was a terrible first impression and not a welcoming atmosphere. For this place to be a "stars" program would they treat auditors the same way?

I said something to owner and she told me it's allowed up to 20 minutes. But yet a kids time out time goes by minutes if there 2 they get 2 minutes. So I'm not understanding the highchairs. 2nd. I am writing this review because of the quality of service and the constant strife for improvement I have observed in the management and staff over the past three months. You don't have to be a genius see and feel that they are all about the safety, health and education of kids. They definitely back it up by walking the walk. In my line of work you have quite a few bosses and Kribs2Kids tops the charts -- this has been my experience.
