We had an absolutely unacceptable experience with VIP Limo during our wedding weekend. The company…read moreput our guests in danger, failed to fulfill the agreed-upon services, and refused to take accountability. On our wedding night, VIP Limo sent a shuttle bus with non-functioning windshield wipers in the middle of a severe rainstorm. Rather than alerting us, the driver attempted to transport a full bus of guests in zero visibility conditions on dark, storm-damaged roads. A guest noticed the issue and made the driver pull over. My sister confronted the driver and told him not to drive another trip, yet he picked up a second busload of guests--including myself--without even mentioning the windshield issue. He started driving us on our 30 minute trip through the storm without functioning wipers, only stopping when my sister finally got in contact with us and we forced him to pull over. We had to call our wedding planners to rescue us on the side of a highway in pouring rain - 25 of our friends had to fit into 3 cars to get home. It's terrifying to think what could've happened if we hadn't intervened, as there were full trees down on some roads due to the weather. When we brought this to the company's attention, we were told we were "lucky they even showed up" and were denied any refund--despite the fact that they failed to complete the contracted rides and violated state and federal safety laws that require working wipers (violations that could lead to fines or suspension of operating license). This was the most serious failure, but far from the only one: 1. The shuttle missed a scheduled pickup, stranding 12 guests and delaying the ceremony 25 minutes. These guests ended up driving themselves to the wedding. 2. A bus nearly tipped into a ditch en route to the welcome party, frightening our guests. 3. Multiple drivers had no idea where they were going--guests had to sit up front and give directions. 4. One driver turned down a dead-end street and had to reverse out with guests using flashlights to help him avoid hitting a fire hydrant. Ultimately, we did not receive the "VIP" service we paid for--we didn't even receive safe or competent transportation. I cannot recommend this company to anyone, and I hope this review encourages VIP Limo to take accountability for their gross negligence and issue the refund we are clearly owed.

It's been under construction and now there is an escalator that takes you upstairs to a large waiting area and you board the plane via a jet bridge. You can also board your plane downstairs, but you would do it via a ramp. The Delta planes are larger CRJ900. Moving on up. I wish the bathrooms were renovated to be a bit bigger. The stalls are small and if there is someone at the sink washing her hands, it is not enough space for a person to walk around her, let alone walk around with her luggage. Still a very awesome regional airport to fly in and out of.

From the moment I spoke with Kelley on the phone I was impressed with this particular location. She was very bright and fun to talk to as well as giving me all the pertinent details about coming to JAN. The line service folks were prompt, professional and courteous. Kelley was happy to set us up a rental car and to tell us what was happening around town. It appears that they were something else before they were Atlantic, which is usually the case, so their facilities might seem a bit limited compared to others. But overall a very pleasant experience.
