If I could leave -10 stars, I would. I trusted Dr. Price because I believed what I was being told about his qualifications and the treatment being recommended to me. I consented to procedures believing I was in the hands of someone qualified to perform the type of surgical treatment being proposed. Had I understood then what I understand now, I would NEVER have allowed this treatment to proceed without consulting an oral and maxillofacial surgeon first. Nearly two years later, I am still living with the consequences every single day. My face will never be the same. I have been left with a defect/socket in my upper arch. I am missing my front teeth and stuck wearing a flipper. My lower teeth have been flared and pushed forward. I have a food trap between #30 and #31. I have gone from specialist to specialist trying to figure out how--or whether--my face, teeth, bite, and smile can even be restored. This isn't a bad cosmetic result that I can simply forget about. I live with it every time I look in the mirror, eat, speak, smile, or put my flipper in my mouth. I pursued a malpractice claim because of what happened to me. Meanwhile, I am the one who has spent two years searching for answers, getting additional opinions and trying to determine what surgeries or reconstructive options are even possible. I originally sought treatment because I wanted a relatively small area corrected. I never imagined that decision would lead me here. Now I am facing the possibility of extensive reconstruction, potentially even an All-on-4 solution, just to get out of a removable flipper and have functional teeth again. The people involved in my treatment get to continue with their lives and practices. I don't get to walk away from what happened. I carry the result on my face every single day. Before allowing Dr. Price--or ANY provider--to perform significant surgical, bone-grafting, implant, periodontal, or reconstructive procedures, I strongly encourage patients to independently verify the provider's credentials and specialty and obtain opinions from appropriately trained specialists. Do not simply assume that the person recommending the surgery is the right specialist to perform it. I wish more than anything that someone had given me that advice before I trusted Dr. Price with my face.

Their office is very clean and well designed, they have the newest technology including a mobile X-ray gun, 3D printed crowns and fillings, full face scan and LASERS! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, professional and they all sound so happy to be there working. The dentist is very gentle, gave me injections that I barely felt and the crown and 2 fillings were painless, quick and the next day I feel Great! My crown was 3D printed while my hygienist cleaned and polished my teeth, then I was back in the chair for the crown placement. All of the extensive work they did was under 3 hours so I could go back to work. So efficient! They also have great prices! My insurance covered most and they had financing options that I took advantage of that were super easy low or no interest. They ensured that they could. I followed up via phone the same day to again ensure that we were on the same page and that they could provide the correct service for my daughter who is experiencing tooth pain. They again stated that they could and scheduled the appointment. They call me the day of the appointment, a week later, to inform me that they made a mistake and cannot provide what my daughter needs. They said that all they can do is take x-rays and provide referrals. I already have the x-rays and THEY were the referral. Also, how is that service providing my daughter will any type of pain relief that we discussed via email and via phone prior. Their exact words were that "no one is perfect" and that there "is nothing they can do about it"! Mind you this is after I have already requested time off work and have been telling my daughter for a week to just hold in there because the dentist would be seeing her soon. ABSOLUTE IDIOTS!!!! AVOID THEIR STUPIDITY AT ALL COSTS.

A family member of mine on my insurance and is an adult got an exam and they wanted to charge me directly a crazy co-pay for that visit which I was not happy with. That family member is no longer on my insurance and is an adult and was supposed to be responsible for the co-pay but tried to come after me for it. I think that is ridiculous with all providers...it's the same practice.
