So professional, kind, and attentive throughout. She made me feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. The front office staff is equally impressive. Christie and the rest of the team are welcoming, organized and genuinely friendly. This makes such a difference when you're coming in for surgery. The aftercare I received was excellent. I always felt supported, had clear instructions, and knew I could reach out if I needed anything. After the appointment was done, the staff directed me to an office where they demanded I pay $300 for the scan because they had determined after the fact that neither my medical insurance nor dental insurance would cover it. At no point before the scan was I told that a prior authorization for the scan had failed or that this was the amount out of pocket that I would pay. Upon complaint, I found the staff extremely hard to work with and disrespectful. Be extremely careful of this office as they are essentially scamming patients out of money by not disclosing any costs or insurance limitations beforehand.

Not only do they offer many forms of sedation and relaxants but they are also very accommodating. When I couldn't afford my dental procedures they worked with me to make a payment plan, when I needed to reschedule my appointment they were ready and available to find me another time. When I forgot the treatment plan (twice) Melissa (the amazing office manager) made herself available to go back over it with me and find what dental work would best fit my benefits and budget. I'm actually looking forward to my next dental appointment in January, which is a first for me.

Poor Communication and Subpar Work…read more I would not recommend this office. My experience was painful, unprofessional, and financially frustrating. Lack of Pain Management: When they removed my temporary crown, I was in significant pain. The dentist didn't explain why and only gave me a local injection after I practically begged for it. After the shot, the dentist left and never spoke to me again. Poor Workmanship: A hygienist - not the dentist - replaced the crown with temporary cement. It was seated unevenly, meaning it's now the only tooth that touches my top row, causing constant pain. Insurance & Referral Issues: I was referred to an orthodontist to fix the mess, but because this office already started the work, my insurance now covers 0% of the follow-up. Had I been referred correctly from the start, it would have been covered. (This sort of mistake is typically understandable oversight - but the lack of support after and persistent billing attempts make it clear this is emblematic of the practice.) Billing Over Care: The office has made zero effort to follow up on my unfinished, painful procedure, yet they constantly contact me for payment. Interestingly, the bill gets smaller every time I complain and every time its an "accident" that wont happen again. Bottom line: They seem more interested in my money than my dental health. Been going there for 9 years and the cleaning was always first and a dentist would follow-up with a two-minute inspection. Somehow reversing the procedure and making the customer wait an excessive amount of time makes sense to them. Walked out and won't return. Never received a cleaning. They still billed my insurance company, even after I verbalized my displeasure. Just not the same anymore.
