Unfortunately, my last practice lied and said they discharged me when I chose on my own to find another practice . I'm so glad that this place did not hold a lie that was told against me . Especially one of such significance. I was destroyed after how I found out the last place talked about me , but here , is a totally different atmosphere. They listen to me and truly want to help me . Dr. Litt and Cassie are both two of my favorite health care providers. They treat me as an educated participant in my own treatment, and they fairly entertain all my questions and suggestions. I was referred out from my previous Dr due to my case being too complex. Dr Litt immediately put me on stronger medication claiming he was hesitant due to me being young, yet never tried to offer alternative options or remedy the relief with something less harmful to try and get me off. His staff lied about sending the correct information to my insurance for a prior authorization and I had to go in and obtain all the documents myself and figure out a way to fax them to my insurance to then finally get approved, after they said they could not help me anymore. I did not feel listened too in follow-ups, any new pain or issues were brushed by and all that was done were refills. The communication was lacking greatly, they even refused to answer my insurance companies calls and messages for 2 months about an insurance claim they are legally required to provide information for. My last visit, office staff Amy R became extremely rude with me and insisted I was wrong about something that i was correct about. The next day they called to discharge me (the whole staff whispering and laughing in the background). Yet they were unable to provide any reasons why though... I already had a place that offered to take over for me thankfully as I knew this facility never had my best interest in mind. This office is the reason patients lose hope in finding actual help, they are part of the problem.

DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS EXTREMELY WEALTHY. a 10 minute office visit is over $1200!
