If you don't like the crowds, I would avoid the weekends. Sephora offers sampling, especially when it comes to shade matching or skin care.. those samples is to see if your skin has a reaction. Most of Sephora staff are well trained in the brands. Sometimes it can get overwhelming in the store and everyone is always asking if you need help so I guess that's a good thing... they have their eyes on you!

This was my first time visiting this store and was quite impressed by their products. A lady named Debbie helped me and was very thorough discussing their product lines with me. Everything is suppose to be made with natural ingredients. She informed me about their anti aging products, body care, face care, and hair products. I was informed that their products including the hair care products are highly concentated and that you don't need to use much. I believe they carry other products also. For my first visit the info on the above products was plenty of info to take in since she went into detail. I receive some free samples and actually spent quite a bit of time checking out the vast variety of product line. They have boutiques worldwide and even have an I phone app if you want to download them. The products are from Provence. If you're at Market Street in The Woodlands stop by for an informative free discussion for your face and body care. Product prices are moderate to pricey. I've tried the samples for the anti aging skin care and actually liked them but I haven't purchased anything in quantity yet because I'm using up my other brand stuff first. Staff were nice and helpful, they helped you pick items for your needs. Prices are reasonable and location was very clean and organized. We were lucky and were one of the 50 customers to receive a goody surprise. They also have super cute mystery boxes that are very well packed with samples of their goodies. This is a great inexpensive way to test out new items.

I don't know what I was expecting, but this was far better than that. I just thought it was a little bar soap making place that had expanded to laundry products. This store is clean, organized, and so bright. They offer a wide variety of bath products from epsom salt, bar soap, and after shower lotion. They also have a full selection of laundry products and I even saw a candle. I really like that they have an area where they will make whatever scent you want into laundry detergent and I'm sure you can customize other products as well. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
