By the end of Wednesday, I started getting itchy and broke out in rashes. The big one is on my ribs and the smaller one is on my back. Truly a terrible experience because I'm still orange (it's Sunday), splotchy, and I want to peel my skin off. It's not their fault that I had a reaction, but the lack of support during this ordeal (especially considering I'm the bride and have huge hives on my body during my wedding) is why I give it a 1 star. I've had to purchase tan remover and go to urgent care for steroids. Unfortunately I will be walking down the aisle with this rash/ hives all over my body.

Luckily, I got referred to Jessica by someone from the hair salon I was at. It was super last minute and I knew it was a reach, because I was leaving on vacation the next morning, but she was able to make it work and actually come to me! Being from Seattle, we don't typically get "custom spray tans." We just go to salons and use automated machines, such as the VersaSpa or MysticTan, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Jessica came with all of her equipment and set up everything right in my living room within a matter of minutes. I was worried about being self-conscious, but she made me feel completely comfortable! As a first-timer, I obviously had lots of questions and she was more than happy to answer them for me. All of the colors that she uses are custom-mixed to suit your desired shade, so you aren't limited to anything. She also uses vegan products that don't have that strong smell afterwards, which I have always hated but just learned to tolerate as a part of the process. However, the odor is no longer an issue, since her products are 100% organic! I never actually realized how bad the chemicals were for you until I read up on it. Do your research, people! My tan turned out flawlessly. She is super detail-oriented and even gets down to the cuticles on your nails. I got tons of compliments from my friends on how natural my tan looked! Considering the pricing here is on the higher end, I was very disappointed. Also, the tan was VERY dark. Other places I've been ask what level you want- more natural looking or darker. She didn't ask me so I assume she just does one level. I wish I would have known how dark it would be because I would have gone elsewhere if I had known.
