I had a panic attack, the Dr. refused to pull my tooth. The assistant assaulted me by grabbing my arm. They called the police "because they were concerned with my safety" I told the police if they were concerned they would've never allowed me to leave... I need to press charges for assault. They told the police I was on drugs. Making a false report! They gave me way too much causing my heart to race and causing a panic attack... Told me to leave, when my health was at risk! My heart could've burst. Oh yes Dr was made aware of my aneurysm prior to visit. She still caused ALL the unnecessary health issues, then told me to leave. 157/88 pulse 125. I literally could've died as the result of This dentistry office and the over-dosing of the Dr. In more pain now than when I went in... My teeth are not clean either!!! Lots of build up still very visible!!!! RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION. DO NOT GO TO THIS AWFUL PLACE!!! SAID THEY WERE GOING TO ERASE THE VIDEO CAMERA! I made my own report. Also pressed charges on the assistant that grabbed my arm and held it for 2-3 minutes..

UPDATE: As of 5/25, I am still experiencing significant sensitivity and pain…read more I paid over $50,000 for full mouth veneer treatment with this office. Within about three years, one restoration failed and required emergency care. I no longer live in Texas, so I saw another provider locally. That provider was recommended by this office and uses the same lab. During that visit, I was shown a clear image of an unsealed margin on the tooth adjacent to the failed restoration. This area is now causing significant sensitivity and requires treatment. Despite this, I was told by Dr. Young that addressing it would be a personal choice and not necessary. I was also told that issues like this could be related to whether I was keeping up with cleanings. I have consistently attended my dental cleanings before and after the restoration. I have been trying to get help since April 11, when the crown failed. I was finally told on 4/30 that a night guard would be remade and sent. I provided my address and never received a response or update. My records state that a night guard was delivered to me after treatment completion. I never received a night guard. What I was given were retainers, which I believed were night guards all along. I raised concerns shortly after placement in 2023, including asymmetry and bite issues, and provided photos at the time. I relied on the guidance that things were addressed. I am now dealing with a failed restoration, another tooth requiring treatment, and no protective night guard despite documentation stating otherwise.
