Love this place! Been going here for years. Cecilia and Cindy are always the best and i come outta…read morehere looking like a brand new person with bright soft skin every time!

I was recommended by a friend to get a facial by Cindy. I scheduled 2 appointments (my husband and…read moreI) and requested to be seen back to back by Cindy. I was told facial is 90 minutes and that everyone that worked there had "20 years of experience and we're good", so both of us were scheduled at the same time with different aesthecians. We arrived to our 3pm appointment 15 minutes earlier and We were greeted and taken to our room right away. Great! We're off to a good start! While starting the "extraction" part of the facial, my lady recommended more to be done because of the amount of blackheads, etc. It was an additional charge of $25, I asked if I really needed and once she agreed, I also agree. Hence, ihesrd really good things about the place so I figured why not. My personal experience was good, nothing extravagant, but I was happy that I opted for receiving the "more extracting" because boy did she make my eyes tear with all of that extraction of impurities. My husband has oily and much more visible impurities than me, which I assumed he would be recommended the same...turns out that didn't happen. Upon getting our things together, my husband told me he was not happy, he had the same visible blackheads and said he felt like he received a face massage, rather than a facial. His aesthecian put creams/gels on his face and would disappear. I spoke to the lady that checked us out (turns out she treated him and I got Cindy)...she said she removed a lot, but he needed deep extraction (In my head I'm like "why didn't you just say/recommend that?!?), that I got it, but not him...again...how is he supposed to know what he needs, if you the "professional", do not assess and advise you client?? She said "next time, next time" I having a good experience did not want to argue, total was $125 ($50 for a regular facial and $75 for me) He gave her $140 (keep the change as tip, you do the math...)...she then said "we ask for 15%-20% tip", so basically she demanded more of a tip. I've never been demanded a specific amount of tip, last time I checked, people tip based on their experience and what they WANT to tip... Whatever, he gave her more. After that experience, I would not recommend or go back.

This place has been open since the spring, around April 2017. I came to the store when they had…read morejust opened, back in the spring, and this is my second time coming back to the store. (I'm surprised they don't have a Yelp page yet, so I'm very happy to be the first one to review!) Originally came here after receiving a promotional email for a free foaming bath mousse. Upon walking in, you'll notice the bright lighting, and the bright pops of color on the packaging, which are mostly photos of plants which the products derive their ingredients from. The store carries a number of aromatherapy, body, and wellness products, mainly of the lotion, cream, body oil, soap, and bath salt variety. I was greeted by two of the store associates (unfortunately I forgot their names) who were both very professional, not pushy at all, and explained every single product I had questions about. They even encouraged me to try any of their testers that were sitting out. For those who like to try before they buy, there is a long sink with two faucets, a bowl of water, and paper towels in a dispenser. They even suggested alternative uses for a variety of products (like one of their aromatic creams for joint and back pain, can also be used to calm down itchy bug bites and sunburns). I'm all for it multi-purpose use products, so they knew exactly how to market to me. One of the stores associates noticed my son sniffling next to me. (He has a severe pollen allergy, and during the Spring and fall Seasons, he gets very congested, and can barely breathe at night.) The store associate immediately walked me over to the bath salts, opened up the eucalyptus scent, and asked me to take a deep breath through the nose. Wow --the oils they used must be very good quality, and quite potent, as an immediate effervescent feeling rushed past my sinuses. My son took a few whiffs from the jar, and didn't seem thrilled by the smell of eucalyptus, but he wasn't complaining as much about being congested. I decided to pick up a small $4 travel packet, since I wasn't sure if my son would take well to it (you can also get a full jar for about $25). I figure it couldn't hurt to try some alternative treatments to address his symptoms. I came back today to buy another $4 travel packet, and once again I got the same courteous and Professional Service. The store associate looked up my loyalty membership through my name, so I didn't have to search around too long for my card--- and I saved 5% off my purchase! He even gave me a free sample of their foot butter, perfect size to keep in my travel bag. Now that I have my loyalty card, I will definitely be going back. I want to try all the different bath salt varieties!

I stopped by the Kniepp store at the Roosevelt Field Mall and was greeted by Emma, the friendly and…read moreknowledgeable store manager. Emma quickly helped me to locate the perfect foot cream for my dry winter feet and also gifted me with lots of free samples. For those who aren't familiar, Kniepp's products are no-nonsense German herbal bath products that have been around for many years. Don't go to Kniepp if you're looking for flowery bath products loaded with chemicals, but do visit if you're looking for healing therapeutic remedies. My feet are thanking me already.
