I'm not sure why this place has bad reviews. I found everything that I needed for a last minute hair bleach. The prices weren't much more than what's found online and they had a great variety of brands so there were many options to choose from. As for the service it does depend on who's working but none of the attendants were rude, I personally didn't need help but it was offered. Just do your research prior and it will be a quick trip. If the mgr treats others the way she treated me...she refused to refund me for my $2 nail file because the cashier who rang me up made a mistake and didn't add it to my purchase history when i bought it. New location!!! Very easy to find. The shopping center it's located at has a few stores. The parking lot is spacious and a lot easier to park at than the other location. The store seems a little smaller but manageable. You can find things easily and they are always getting new products. Staff are very helpful. read more

I went to Sally's with the intent to dye my hair, and when I asked Kelly for help, she was nice enough to direct me to their new services they were offering in store! They had an iPad in the store that let you connect to many cosmetologists that were essentially on call to help with any questions you may have concerning your hair! I got to meet Luc who was very kind to me and was able to show me the products I needed to successfully dye my hair, and I was not disappointed! Kelly was very helpful in guiding me to most of the products in the store and overall was very kind and sweet when checking me out! read more

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE! I normally order from this location using DoorDash. Each time, I order the same products which consists of a demi color. On 2/6, I placed my order and received the wrong items. According to the receipt, someone named Allin bagged my items. Instead of sending demi, I was sent permanent. This is the fourth time this mistake has been made by this store. I had to drive to the store to make an exchange. I asked for a manger and was told one was not available. The woman at the register was pleasant at first, but the second I pointed out that this mistake was unacceptable, her attitude quickly changed. Two of the items that I was exchanging I did not have the store receipt, but I had the receipt from PayPal showing I purchased it. She was unwilling to make the exchange because she said that she didn't want to have issues with her boss for doing the exchange without a receipt. Mind you, the receipt for the first set of items clearly says that without a receipt a store credit will be issued for the lowest selling price within the past 60 days. She seemed willfully oblivious to this store policy and was unwilling to give me the items. It was only after I discovered that PayPal actually listed the specific items I purchased, and showed it to her, that she finally made the exchange. At no time did she scan anything, which further supports the fact that she could have simply scanned the items and given me a store credit at the very least. It was as if she thought I stole the items. She identified herself at Lea, but I doubt that was actually her name. Thank goodness I read the box because I could have caused serious damage to my hair. At no time was an apology ever given. No apology, just attitude. I have been shopping at Sally's for more than a decade, but no more. I WILL NOT SHOP WHERE I AM NOT RESPECTED! read more

Pretty small store, it is nice that it had wood floors, even if they are the cheap kind. There are maybe four aisles in the store, so it isn't that big and the store was clean. There was only one person working, which is pretty rough even if there aren't that many people shopping. I felt sorry for her since that is tough. Sally's does carry a lot of brands you don't find in other beauty supply stores, or equipment that is just limited to beauty supply stores for licensed beauticians. I have been here twice in support of others needing something but I took a look at the hair dye section and they didn't seem to have much. The crazy colors they had only semi-permanent stuff that I saw. Sale items are kept in front on their own table, which is a great grab. They had China Glaze nail polish on sale for like 2.99 a bottle, so if you were looking for a lot of colors to replenish your selection- look no further. I was a little upset they didn't carry Essie though! Either way, it's a good store to go to in case you're looking for brands that are off the beaten path (may have to go back and try some of their hemp-based products!!) read more

Understandably this store is not as busy as it usually is -so the woman working explained that they only have one person at a time working now. I felt bad for her because she had to run back-and-forth between helping customers and then ringing them out. Rude woman at the register in store wearing her mask under her nose - and coughing, no less - gave me an argument when I asked her to pull up her mask before I approached the register to pay for my purchase. Argued that it fogged up her glasses, she can't see, then said there was a plastic barrier. When I refused to back down, she finally gave a big huffy sigh, removed her glasses, and pulled up her mask to ring me up. Give me a break. I am required to wear a mask in the store; why are you an exception? Wearing your mask under your nose makes the mask useless; why is this hard for people to comprehend? I have an elderly relative recovering from a stroke that I care for, and I'm not taking any risks. Being rude to customers is a bad look. I'll go to a different location from now on. I just stopped in here today after going to a different Sally Beauty Supply. What a difference from one store to the other. Staff at the other store in my opinion was incredibly rude and seemed misinformed. Didn't feel at all comfortable with the info I was given at the first place. I was in there a few days ago and they didn't have the sale signs up. I paid $5 for the membership so I get the deals emailed to me. Most of the time the sales people don't know the sales unless you tell them about it at the register which I shouldn't have to do. They should know the sales by now. So if you want to make sure you get the deal, know what the deal is. Other than that I've had good experiences here. read more

Well...in general, I have had maybe two negative experiences here. The second one being today. In a rush I picked up my items and was pleasantly surprised to see that all hair supplies that I bought were on sale. When I got home I looked at expiration date on the bottle of vitamins I bought before taking them. Someone had fraudulently erased it as only the "manufactured" date (which happens to be 11/2016) is seen partially smeared and evidently tampered with. Not cool Sally's. This is fraudulent and negligent! I will be returning this evening to report this and get my money back. read more

1st time here ! I found the hair product that my hair dresser used on me ! Much cheaper here . They have lots of hair products ! I also see products for the nails with lots of colors to choose from. Let me start off by saying, if you want to be followed around like your some kind of criminal, just come here! I went in to grab a few things, I knew exactly what I was going for, the young lady in the front asked me if I needed help finding anything, I responded,"no thank you, I'm good". I got distracted by a nail polish, so I stopped to look at it, minding my own business. . I was crouched down, looking at different nail supplies when I gelt a presence behind me, next thing I hear is, "do you need help finding something? " I turn around and it was an older blonde haired woman, once again , I replied, "no thanks, I'm good". After I pick out my nail treatment, I stand up and look to the back of the aisle, and there she is, watching me like a hawk. She tried to play it off after she was busted ..so I purposely walked down the isle stoping to touch things.. she was watching closely, also a few other young ladies in the store. 1st off, I'm not a thief, nor do I expect to be treated like one. Perhaps they should invest in security cameras and watch customers that way, rather than make their customers feel uncomfortable. I will take my business elsewhere, Sally is way over priced anyways! read more
