I still went back in November for another Botox appt and paid in full as I always do for my Botox appts. A year later as of this review I open my mailbox and have an outstanding balance for 3 visits from last year in April, May and November!??? Are you serious?! I've always had a pleasant experience with the nurses and front desk but when you can't trust their billing team, you can't be trusted. She also told me she would prescribe something else along with it, then when I never received that medication and called the office, she changed her mind and said she wanted me to try just the one med (that didn't work) again. She also claimed I was noncompliant because I never refilled my med and said I would have run out way before my second appointment without refills. If she had listened to me during my appointment, she would have known that I chose not to refill because it wasn't working. I never claimed I used it the entire time since my first visit. (Just an FYI, I went over a year between the two appointments, and I used the medication for several months before deciding it wasn't working and not worth the money to refill, so I did give it a fair chance) Additionally, she was mistaken that this medication was used everywhere (I have a skin condition), but it was only for my hands. Lastly, she seemed to be in a huge rush. She barely let me ask questions and once she explained the treatment plan she stood up and left without saying anything more. Very frustrating experience and a waste of money.

She spent the time to look at my little spots that I wanted smoothed out and we decided which would be best for a last minute fix. She was kind and very professional and even though the Dysport hasn't quite settle, I can already see the difference. I'm a minimalist and she took it easy. I also had a little volume with filler put in my cheeks and with more that a dozen jabs, I have one tiny, tiny bruise, which I expected because I have thin skin and the best of the best will always leave a dot of a bruise. Covers up easily with a little concealer. I look like me but refreshed!! No one can tell except me and that's the point. I'd highly recommend her. Also, the spa at Lakewood is gorgeous, bright and airy, front desk staff were efficient and friendly. Definitely 5 stars. I was pretty nervous going in but so glad that I did!!
