Nonetheless, I received a payment confirmation the next day. I called the company back to flag the issue and was told that both transactions were now cancelled and would disappear from my credit card within 3-5 business days. It's now been almost a month and I still haven't received any refund. Both pending charges have officially gone through, and no one is answering my emails or calls. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges. I'm so frustrated!

But then I got the bill and was charged two additional hours (they don't stop the clock until the limo is back in the garage--not when you leave it) which was tolerable but they charged me for those two hours at their full rate of $65/hr and not the discounted rate of $50/hr I was given. I also had to pay 20% gratuity automatically for those hours. This was different from what the contract said. I called them out on it and they never got back to me with an answer.

No answer. About a minute later I got a text message (a text message!) from the man. He was still trying to get in touch with the driver.
