His crew did the work the day after with Gleison working alongside. They were efficient, professional and did quality work in just a few hours cleaning up the entire front and backyard of pine needles and leaves and then mowing, aerating and seeding at a very reasonable price. We waited a full year before writing this review because we wanted to see how our new lawn would…read morelook over time. Unfortunately, we are extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the lawn installation and overall workmanship. We paid over $4,200 for a new lawn installation with cultivation, grading, loam, seed, and follow-up overseeding. One year later, the lawn is patchy, uneven, and full of different grass types and dark clumps throughout the yard despite having a brand new irrigation system. Vinny promised the lawn would look amazing by the following year, but that is absolutely not what we got. Our overall ~$50K project included paving, irrigation, and landscaping, and there were problems throughout the process. Luckily, I was working from home because I constantly had to supervise the crew and catch mistakes myself. At one point the crew had the wrong patio layout before installation. Downspouts that were agreed upon were initially not installed. The pavement was also installed incorrectly, causing major water pooling and dangerous ice buildup in winter before they eventually redid it. The irrigation system was another issue. Our contract clearly included Wi-Fi controls, but they were not installed initially and Vinny tried to claim they had been removed from the contract. Before the controls were installed, the irrigation system ran nonstop and resulted in an additional ~$1,800 water bill before we were able to monitor it ourselves. Our experience was that Vinny is a great salesman who will do everything to win your business, but the execution and follow-through did not match what was promised. We regret giving this project to this company and would strongly encourage others to carefully evaluate other options before hiring them.

My neighbors hired these guys for snow removal. As they were clearing my neighbors sidewalk they…read moredumped the snow on my portion of the sidewalk that I am responsible for clearing. By the time I had noticed this there was a significant pile of snow deposited on my section of the sidewalk. I went to go talk to them and asked them to deposit the snow on the strip between the road and the sidewalk (which is what everyone else in the neighborhood does) and remove the pile they had created on my portion of the sidewalk. The worker became argumentative and combative, ignored my request and ended up driving off shortly after. I tried to call, message, and email the company to resolve the issue. All to no avail. One thing to note is it is illegal to remove snow and place it on someone else's property or public way.

For years our driveway would constantly flood and push water into the garage and basement. We spent so much energy, frustration, and money trying to remedy it ourselves which ended in gross wet basement floors and tons of pumps & heavy duty fans. We finally called in the professionals. They were responsive with a resolution & fair quote. On the day of installation, they were on time and did exactly what they said they would do for the exact amount of time they said it would take. A pleasure to work with and very professional. We have future work we would like to do and will absolutely be calling them! Highly recommend!
