They've brought in yards of loam and leveled / reseeded parts of our yard, always with great results. They've aerated our yard every 1-2 years, despite it being a small standalone job some years. They've removed a diseased tree. They helped remove an old paver patio, neatly stacked the old pavers, and prepared the soil for new grass. I called and they told me when the workers showed up and realized it was a bigger job and needed some larger equipment. The person on the phone also informed me whoever made the quote "was unable to get a good look at the wall". How am I now supposed to be responsible for your inability to give me an accurate quote. I understand the estimate says the costs may be "higher or lower" and I feel like a reasonable amount would be 20%. Not a 60% increase with NO communication - and they knew I was home, just knock on the door. Deceptive company and I will not work with or recommend them to anyone. (Wall looks great though).

Then he did an amazing job clearing the lots, widening the long entrances to the building, salting and he even got out of the truck to shovel out a door that was plowed in by the previous snow storm. Not only is Corey a really great guy who really helped us out in a pickle , he is a honest dealer, and does a really really great and thorough job. A French drain they dug blocked up, and the driveway asphalt they laid started peeling off within a month or two.The back patio fell apart within months of completing it and, less than 12 m out, is now ready for demolition and redo.What's worse Is that I had treated him more than fairly: I paid all my bills on time (And even early when he needed the cash], fed his workers regularly,helped take care of Paul when he was sick and helped his son to get a job interview. And yet despite several pictures of the. Situation and emails and his foreman visiting and confirming that it was falling apart, I've had no response from him at all much less an offer to fix it, even after I offered to pay for the fix.
