You will find both GAR Best Buns Bakery & Stupid Good BBQ in the strip, as well as Mike's American Grill, which is a standalone building directly across the street, and oddly considered part of the Concord Shopping Center. The strip also houses Plant Fitness, Pho Golden Cow 2, Eleni's Greek Taverna, Ol El Paso Mexican Restaurant, 7-11, Aldi, Sola Salons (a group of suites with independent owners of boutique salons for hair, skin, makeup, tattoos, & more), and a few other small shops. The entrance to the parking lot is tricky and can be dangerous to navigate due to the odd traffic pattern surrounding it. The parking lot is typically busy and is old and beatup. This strip mall is somewhat rundown, not the most inviting, and could really benefit from some upgrades or just some upkeep.

Yet the back side needs some work. Even there it's showing age and weather effects. As for its parking, that can be challenging. The lot definitely needs to be paved. Leaving here with the light on Rolling Road, by all means buckle up and pay attention. There are a lot of traffic accidents here. Too many busy side streets. It works for basics, and Title Boxing Club is pretty sweet. If you're in the area, this has the basics you're looking for.

Admittedly I miss the once famous Grevey's, that was here who knows how many years ago. Yet the Aldi and CVS that's 24 hours, can be helpful at times. There is a Bank of America here, and Clarkson Optical is a welcome addition. The AT&T store is available for their customers. To its credit this small strip mall is convenient to a lot. Just off the beltway and 50, you'll find a parking spot. It's not going to win any excitement awards, but it's a practical spot to visit.

They have a wonderful section with outdoor seating that is a perfect place to sit and hang out with your cup of coffee; and (2) There are always so many friendly people in the parking lot! It's kind of funny, but all the time people walk by smiling and saying hello and sometimes we even end up having a short conversation! It's great!! There are lots of large, medium, small, & mini orange and white pumpkins to choose from.  There are a plethora of squash & corn husks in various shapes, sizes & colors to adorn your home or office in colorful autumn fashion.  Cute scarecrows, scary witches, as well as other fall and Halloween decorations, are also displayed around the Pumpkin Patch station where you pay for your items.  The Patch isn't set up yet, as of 3 Oct, probably due to Hurricane Joaquin's and the Nor'easter's unpleasant dreary, heavy rains & flooding this weekend.  I can't wait for them to set it up so Oct, my favorite month in my favorite season, will have some added fun & pizazz! There's only two stores worthy of putting my vehicle in park at this location. That would be Music and Arts, and also the Russian gourmet. The light store and others aren't anything spectacular. I wish they'd update the look. Also some good retailers would help. The markings of the parking lot aren't sufficient. In many ways this reminds me of the former Soviet Union. To each their own, but be wary of the fast drivers that Mclean is famous for. I rarely go here, and am happy other spots have better choices.
