This is a very small location within Mosaic. Not sure why they would have a location here. If you really want to go to a Barnes and Noble you probably don't want to fight the crowd at Mosaic. They still have a section for games, magazines, and Harry Potter lol. There is also a corner for the BN Cafe where they do serve Starbucks. But there are not any outlets so this is not a good study/work spot.

I think this may be one of my favorite locations of B & N. Conveniently located smack dab in the middle of the Mosaic District, it's easily accessible from either end of the center. The store is always bright, clean and fully stoked. Staff is always courteous and helpful as soon as you step foot in the door!! Find your favorite book, discover some new ones or even pick up a drink and a snack from the cafe and you are go to go! If by chance they do not have the title you are looking for they always over for order it for you or offer a similar selection. I'll keep popping into this location whenever I am in the area.

Very clean and beautiful location; perfect to unwind after walking and shopping around. Loses a star just because it is a smaller location in comparison to tysons or fair lakes, so the selection is definitely limited. Still very organized and easy to maneuver throughout the store! I didn't notice a ton of seating space, though (just by the cafe!)

2 stars updated review; nice bookstore but some disappointing experiences. And don't ever go here and expect a bag for your purchase! They can't control their "feelings" about people who want bags!

This is a new design for me.

5/18/19 Meet a your man who works here and we had a nice conversation for 20 minutes on writing, reading and history of Games of Thrones. I don't remember his name now, but he was very cool and down to earth. I learned that this Barns and Nobles has been open for three weeks now. They are the smallest store in the country from what I heard. We looked around and saw books that got my interest. There are many novelists who have got my interest and inspires me to be my own novelist. The gentleman I meet earlier on said he wishes yo write is own books. Since my computer has had a meltdown, I am without a personal computer for the time being and it fucking sucks. Near the end of my walk around the store, I discovered a young novelist by the name of Missy Sheldrake who is a Fantasy Author/Illustrator. After our talk, she has given me more of a reason to self publish my own novels. Missy Sheldrake's pictures of her characters have now come to life in not only her mind, but to the minds of many of her readers. She started around the same time my ideas were in my head. She has shown me that hard work will get you to where you want to be. A lot of this was expressed just by how she talked to me and the features on her face. We now have two of her books and I plan on reading them as soon as my wife finishes Missy's first book. Heading into this Barns and Nobles has made my day more interesting.

Not too crowded which I liked as it can get pretty tight since there's many books and many shelves. Service was fine although I didn't really talk to many people while there (was more preoccupied with finding the books and checking them out). I'd say this place has great value as the books i got (3) were charged a total of just under $5. I can see why the staff put up flyers stating to be mindful with how many books the customers get as they're priced pretty low, allowing you to collect a decent amount. I'll definitely be back to check this place out again :)

Want three aisles of kids books like Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys? Go here. Need every book C.S. Lewis wrote? Stop by Second Story Books. After visiting nearby ZavaZone with our seven-year-old daughter, we stopped into Second Story for a few minutes, which easily turned into an hour. Every book is 50% off. We left with 15 books for just under $21. The books are well organized and maps help navigate visitors to each section, but know that the warehouse's narrow book aisles can get cramped. It adds to the appeal! There are even harder-to-find rooms with other items like posters for sale. They also sell CDs and DVDs. Staff are helpful. I lost my wallet and within an hour a staff member messaged me on Facebook letting me know they found it and it was safe at the checkout desk. If you have used books, Second Story Books buys them from people.

Sedar the Team member working this day greeted us warm and friendly as soon as we walked in the store. Sedar gave us a friendly quick tour after we let her know we were looking for vinyl albums. I actually bought a few more albums because I felt comfortable about the business style and layout. We bought 10 albums at about 200.00 and feel great about the quality. Of course I will find out upon playing them. I will come back for sure Special thanks to Sedar

Negatives: Very poor Hip-Hop music selection which is clustered right in front of the registers bc, well, you know . Only reissues and unsold stuff from Record Store Day. Older game systems and games were very expensive so maybe their strategy is designed for impulse buying. I would give the service a 5/10 but that unfortunately is the norm with the 18-25 workforce you usually find in the mall.

This store also effectively forces you to buy a pack just to play in their events and frames it as a free pack even though you pay for it with your entry. I am always in the look for family own places and small stores that sell anime and manga as well as any damn good official/inspired items. Last time I got a Demon Slayer Mug and LED light figure. Still works until this day! (Got it a year ago) I know some comments said the older man is rude and stuff but you truly have to be aware of cultural differences. What to some may seem as screaming and shouting in many cultures is the usual voice tone and volume. The younger assistant is definitely more approachable, I won't deny. Anyways, I found a lot of Yaoi/BL manga which I was very surprise about. I know the commonly known books stores are now distribute them too but they sticking to the "trendy" ones. While there isn't a whole section here, you can be sure to find other mangas of your liking such as Haikyuu, Bleach, Blood-C, Naruto and among others. There are a 2-3 Asian food stores in same block but that's about it.
