His fee was very reasonable compared to the Bellevue DUI attorneys I have used in the past. I also tried to contact the best attorneys in Seattle from AVVO but they never bothered to call back after I submitted my issue to them. Update: I got an…read moree-mail from the attorney, Scott with an apology and explanation of what went wrong. Apparently he did go to court and got my speeding ticket amended to a cell phone ticket (non reportable) with a $190 fine. I never got this information so I still have to pay $242 because now it's overdue. He offered to return the legal fees as he wouldn't want to take money from an unhappy client which was nice. However, just as I'm sure his reputation is important to him, my reputation is important to me and having my license suspended and having my name wrung through the courts as a late paying citizen just leaves a sour taste in my mouth. At least he was upstanding enough to realize how bad this situation looks for me and offered an apology and refund.
