Very disorganized, poor security of personal and confidential information. I scheduled an initial…read moreassessment with Symmetria for 11:45 AM. I arrived at 11:30 to fill out 4 pages of personal confidential paperwork and paid for the assessment. 45 minutes later I was still waiting while people came and were taken back to be treated. I told the receptionist that I only had another 30 minutes and I had to leave for another appointment. she said everybody was with pts. finally, someone come out, very condescendingly said that they didn't have time to do my assessment and I needed to reschedule which I stupidly did for a week later. They said my payment would be applied to that appt. In the meantime I came down with Covid (from there?) so I called to reschedule once again. They had no record of me or my confidential paperwork or my payment. Fortunately the bank allowed me to submit a fraud claim and I am waiting processing to get my money back.
