Sometimes, a person answers, and I just ask for the automated system. This particularly day Eric answered the phone. I was going to ask to be transferred to Megan, the automated system, but he was so lively, and genuinely nice, and happy, I decided to just allow him to do my bill. Then a month later, they kept texting, calling and emailing me saying that I was late on the rent and was going to be charged late fees. I talked to customer service who said they would "look into it". I said the unit is empty and they said "we'll see". Then I keep getting texts telling me I'm still late on rent. Apparently they have no internal system or communication to deal with a move out. They have plenty of automation to take your money and raise the rent though. I will stick with a reputable company like Public Storage from now on.

I will make sure to report this farce of a business to the BBB as they are robbing people of their hard-earned money!
