When I lifted my unit door it was a horrendous smell & about 2 to 3 inches of mice feces on the floor. I asked to have someone from corporate to call me for over a month. I am still waiting on a call. The other unit I had at the Extra Space a block away had an employee by the name of Carla that was stealing. And, she claimed to be a praise dancer at her church! Yeah, ok. I told the ppl working there & the supervisor there wasn't something right with her.
