No idea was too big or too small for her to take seriously, and she always made me feel heard and supported. Our entire wedding weekend was seamless because of her and her amazing team. From the Friday welcome party to hiking and golf with our guests, to the wedding itself and the post wedding brunch, every event felt intentional, beautifully executed, and completely stress free. She thought of things I never would have considered and handled every moving piece with such professionalism and grace. What meant the most to me was how detail oriented and thorough she was. I never once felt worried about logistics or timelines. I was able to be fully present and actually enjoy the weekend with our family and friends, which is such a gift. She made everything feel effortless even though I know so much work was happening behind the scenes. Now that the wedding is over, I honestly miss our check ins. I cannot recommend her enough. Came to drop off delivery an hour and a half late on wedding day. We all arrived at 9am as they told us they'd be there, they arrived at 10:30 am. 2. About half our tablecloths had holes in them About 25 of the 100 mason jars were so dirty the delivery guy apologized, and then my MIL took them home to wash them. 3. One of our heaters never turned on after they say their checked them all 4. Paid for set-up fees months ago, then they almost left saying they had no delivery fee on paperwork...after being an hour and a half late so we were supposed to set it up... 5. I have called them now twice and emailed them and have gotten no response. Please....if you are having a wedding or any important event...do not rent with them! Terrible, terrible, terrible...so bad even our venue managers said they will never recommend them to their future guests. Bummed to write this post, because we love supporting our local businesses...but if you want reliability, high quality, and no stress on your day...find a different company.

She is organized, professional, and experienced: she knows the ins and outs of the industry and maintains good working relationships with local vendors. Her services range from month-of-coordination to full service wedding/event planning, so she truly can meet every couple's needs. She listens to your vision and gives helpful suggestions along the way that still allows you to feel like your event is a personal one instead of "cookie-cutter" or what the vendor wants.... Something that sets Lindsay apart from other vendors is how she keeps an open line of communication to all of her clients, even if you've booked her for month-of-coordination like I did. Despite being incredibly busy, Lindsay was always willing to answer any of my questions promptly throughout my planning process. She also recommended some truly amazing vendors that we cannot imagine having our wedding without in hindsight. There's no personal contact except for a couple of zooms. She doesn't like it when you try to talk to her on the phone and makes you feel like you're bothering her. A very frustrating way to plan a destination wedding. Instead of running our 100,000. 135 person wedding on the actual day of...our planner Taylor Lorz was only there briefly in the beginning, then left and handed it over to her assistant. The 86 candles we had on our beautiful tables never got lit the entire night. Very dissapointing. Her assistant just shrugged her shoulders when I asked her about it.
