I was blown away by the speed of response, great communication, and the end product when switching over to Merritt Bookkeeping. I was paying $90/month for the QuickBooks program + $775/month to my CPA to keep my books in check. That was an absolutely unsustainable amount for my small business and actually started to put us in a bad spot financially just to keep our books straight! Merritt's flat rate of $190 and allowing us to cancel our QuickBooks is saving us insane money and gonna help us turn it around this year. Jordan has a great system for busy entrepreneurs. I have 3 companies. Merritt is managing 2. They cleaned up my books from Jan - May. Now provide monthly bookkeeping services. I miscommunicated my needs on an intake form for one of the companies. Which resulted in a cost that was more than what I had budgeted for. Jordan extended me some grace and I didn't have to suffer the full consequence of my mistake. Hema, who manages my account each month is both patient and kind. My books are now orderly enough to pursue the next phase of my business; government contracting. Looking at the reports that they provide is a reality check. I'm too busy managing too many things.
