I purchased two Geek Bar vapes from your store approximately one month ago. Upon opening the first vape, I immediately noticed a fault: it emitted a strange whistling sound, the light around the exterior turned red, and the battery level dropped from 100% to 75% within just 10 minutes of minimal use. After returning to the store the next day when you opened, I was able to exchange the defective unit for a new one, which worked fine. However, upon opening the second vape, I encountered the same issue as with the first one. It appears that this may be a defect from a bad batch, though I am not entirely certain. When I returned to the store for assistance, I was informed that your policy requires customers to open both products at the time of purchase to confirm they are functional. I find this policy to be unreasonable, as it would be highly inconvenient for customers to open and test both units prior to purchase, particularly when purchasing multiple items. Due to the repeated issue with products, and a completely unreasonable store policy, I will no longer be shopping at your establishment. I only ever came to this store and I'd rather find somewhere that has a better policy/better customer service. Just awful. read more

I got sold a FAKE counterfeit MYLE pod. I went to my car, opened up my pack, oil everywhere. The pod hardly fit into my battery, you couldn't even take a hit without sucking hard. And then the oil tasted disgusting, like how it does when you reach the end of the pod when there isn't any more oil. So I took a look at the pod and noticed that the magnets were way over sized. Also, the pods did not come with the cotton cloth, as they usually do. The rubber seal that was on it was extremely small and I could hardly see it. The real MYLE pod comes with the rubber seal that fits two holes as soon as you open the packaging. I'll post pictures. Please guys, BE CAREFUL! If any one is smoking these from this smoke shop, please stop, as you can get a very bad lung disease since we don't know what's in them. I checked MYLEs website for their verified sellers, and merrit smoke shop is NOT one of them. Please check my pictures that I will add. And when I told the guy working behind the counter that there is something wrong with the pods and there is oil everywhere, he got defensive. Especially when I told him these are not real. I also asked him why he was not listed as a retail seller and he told me he buys them from a "tobacco distributer." Even if so, he needs to be verified. He then told me that perhaps it was old, because the juul mango pods that he has are over three years old. Odd.... and gross. I said I spent 21$ for it to go in the garbage and could not get my money back :( You don't treat paying customers like this if you want them to come back. If they become a verified buyer, I have no problem giving them another try and changing this review. But this is unacceptable. The worst. They know nothing about what they're selling and 50% of the time it's someone's grandma straight from India. This women will follow you so closely you think your doing something wrong. I've bought literally 4 larger glass pieces and regularly purchase tobacco product and this women still treats me and my friends like we are underage or stealing. Just two days ago a friend of mine purchased an 80$ glass pipe and got home to find this 1. Older women who checked us out didn't wrapped it up at all just put it in a paper bag then a plastic one and tied it 2. As soon as we put water in it it was leaking from the bottom, we genuinely thought it was just from filling it and didn't think much of it at the time. We proceeded to use the glass piece and ended up having nasty water all over our blankets and laps. I called them up and the man on the phone said it much have been us but if we want to we can bring it in and he will "evaluate what happened". Personally I don't think it's a great idea to bring drug paraphernalia out in public, even if it is a smoke shop, so I'm not sure what he's expecting and not sure what I'm going to do. End of story, got ripped off, stalked while shopping for an expensive purchase that takes some deciding, every-time we come back the same old pieces are marked higher, and they can't give you any advice at all. Enjoy! PS They need to learn that their customers aren't stupid and aren't going to let you overcharge and act crappy. They sell china glass here be ready for lower quality at a high prices. This place is crazy. I walked in as a first time customer, the lady at the counter stared me down like I was not invited from the beginning. I asked for the price on salt nic ejuice and was told it's $30 for a 15ml and $50 for a 30ml. Every other shop around charges $18-20 for a 30ml, the only reason why I went here is because they're opened a little later. If you have the time and would rather buy online, the brands of juices they sell go for $14 for a 30ml with FREE shipping. I don't know what they're smoking in there, but taking a $30 profit on an ejuice is insane. read more

I went in here today and the Indian woman who was the only one there was not very helpful or nice at all! I told her what I was looking for and she just pointed out where they were. Didn't even bother to come out from behind the counter to help me as I was undecided. Then she had the nerve to tell me to hurry up and make my mind up!
