I understand some of the older reviews mentioning a bit of a rude experience & a few years ago this was an accurate description. However, it didn't take away from the variety the store has and their prices. Currently this store has the kindest and most helpful staff you will meet anywhere. They will answer any of your questions and give recommendations that are always spot on. If you go in often enough, they will remember your usuals and even get up to start collecting them before you reach the counter. If you're looking for a product, not in stock or that they don't carry, they will find it, and order it for you. I also believe their prices to be some of the best in the area. My girlfriend and I visited this store for the first time hoping to get some recommendations for vape products. The employee that "helped" us was rude. When asked which vape he recommended, his response was "any of the ones in our store, we wouldn't have them here if they weren't good". When we asked for specifics, he repeated this line. I just finished reading all of the reviews and I am quite literally shocked by them. My experience was absolutely incredible when coming to this store. The staff was awesome; answered 100 questions I had, were extremely patient/considerate, and also knew everything there is to know about their products. I pass through Norwalk on the weekends on the way home to NJ and will absolutely be stopping in for all of my Juice/Replacement parts. I initially went in just to buy some Nic Salt that they had in stock (literally the only place that had it) and was amazed at their selection. I ended up stocking up on 5+ bottles of different juices in my preferred flavor AND a starter kit for a new device which I absolutely love. On top of all of that, because I bought so much, he added an additional discount to their already in place sales. Sad to see all the one start about service! I always forget to stop in here when searching for glass but I decided this time around I'd only go there and see what they had. Staff was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable, Utopia I can't say the same. I'm a bit picking and had probably 6 pieces out and the man (Brian I believe, not positive) helping me totally understood and I didn't feel any ounce of attitude from him or others in the shop. I will say I myself knew exactly what I wanted so maybe that helped? Everything was prices in a good range, tobacco prices were lower than both A to Z Variety, Merit Smoke Shop, and M and M cigars. Went for e-cig stuff. They had a nice little selection of batts, juices and carts. Kanger stuff as well. I was in a rush so I didn't get to try any of the flavors they had (they had carts set up to try out) but I will be returning to see if those were any good. It was about a half hour before the store closed and as I was walking up to the door the gentleman who eventually helped me was walking out with some friends and a co-worker. Instead of saying "were closed" he happily let me in and stayed for another 15 min to answer my questions and show me stuff. I kept apologizing but didn't feel bad because as he was helping me, about 5 other customers came by to buy assorted smoking accessories last minute. All in all it was a pleasurable experience and will return and recommend. read more

Terrible customer service! They will sell you anything BUT if you have a problem, they don't want to make good on it. Totally unprofessional. They wouldn't take our calls to try to rectify the situation and when we went in there, one of the nasty employees was defensive and accusing us, the customer of doing something intentionally, to damage the prod. He proceeded to get loud and swear. One week later we were able to reach the owner and he said to come by with the item and he'd take a look. He was very quiet and annoyed the whole time and the end result was a refund. We wanted to take the money and buy something else but the owner said he refused to do further business with us, said that we're always looking for trouble and then began to THREATEN us in front of other customers. Yelling profanities and threatening physical harm. Is this someone YOU want to do business with?!?! read more
