However, it didn't take away from the variety the store has and their prices. Currently this store has the kindest and most helpful staff you will meet anywhere. They will answer any of your questions and give recommendations that are always spot on. If you go in often enough, they will remember your usuals and even get up to start collecting them before you reach the counter. If you're looking for a product, not in stock or that they don't carry, they will find it, and order it for you. I also believe their prices to be some of the best in the area. I purchased two Geek Bar vapes from your store approximately one month ago. Upon opening the first…read morevape, I immediately noticed a fault: it emitted a strange whistling sound, the light around the exterior turned red, and the battery level dropped from 100% to 75% within just 10 minutes of minimal use. After returning to the store the next day when you opened, I was able to exchange the defective unit for a new one, which worked fine. However, upon opening the second vape, I encountered the same issue as with the first one. It appears that this may be a defect from a bad batch, though I am not entirely certain. When I returned to the store for assistance, I was informed that your policy requires customers to open both products at the time of purchase to confirm they are functional. I find this policy to be unreasonable, as it would be highly inconvenient for customers to open and test both units prior to purchase, particularly when purchasing multiple items. Due to the repeated issue with products, and a completely unreasonable store policy, I will no longer be shopping at your establishment. I only ever came to this store and I'd rather find somewhere that has a better policy/better customer service. Just awful.

I got sold a FAKE counterfeit MYLE pod…read more I went to my car, opened up my pack, oil everywhere. The pod hardly fit into my battery, you couldn't even take a hit without sucking hard. And then the oil tasted disgusting, like how it does when you reach the end of the pod when there isn't any more oil. So I took a look at the pod and noticed that the magnets were way over sized. Also, the pods did not come with the cotton cloth, as they usually do. The rubber seal that was on it was extremely small and I could hardly see it. The real MYLE pod comes with the rubber seal that fits two holes as soon as you open the packaging. I'll post pictures. Please guys, BE CAREFUL! If any one is smoking these from this smoke shop, please stop, as you can get a very bad lung disease since we don't know what's in them. I checked MYLEs website for their verified sellers, and merrit smoke shop is NOT one of them. Please check my pictures that I will add. And when I told the guy working behind the counter that there is something wrong with the pods and there is oil everywhere, he got defensive. Especially when I told him these are not real. I also asked him why he was not listed as a retail seller and he told me he buys them from a "tobacco distributer." Even if so, he needs to be verified. He then told me that perhaps it was old, because the juul mango pods that he has are over three years old. Odd.... and gross. I said I spent 21$ for it to go in the garbage and could not get my money back :( You don't treat paying customers like this if you want them to come back. If they become a verified buyer, I have no problem giving them another try and changing this review. But this is unacceptable. The only reason that I came here was because the place that I usually go to was closed at the time.

The machine they roll your cigarettes with packs them WAY too tight so you nearly pop an eyeball taking a pull on it. So we decided to buy a machine from Beans & Leaves in Fairfield and we bought 2 small bags of two different kinds of tobacco to try from there. But Beans & Leaves has a poor selection of tubes (particularly menthol) so I went back to Tracey's to get papers and since I was already there I bought a big bag of McClintock menthol tobacco. This tobacco is trash. $37 down the drain (which, by the way, is more than Beans & Leaves charges for the same size bag). It's SO dry I'm shocked it didn't spontaneously combust in the bag. It won't roll at all. It literally feels like saw dust to the touch. The bag I bought from Beans & Leaves felt moist to the touch and rolled perfectly. So yeah... I'll buy tubes from Tracey's but not a thing else. It's a shame too because the staff there is really awesome... they just need to step up their game.

Had a…read moremiserable experience trying to rent a truck from here, the battery was dead and it didn't have a mirror, yet they were trying to rent it out and would not offer any compensation for having driven all the way from NY to rent the truck. Store is filled with people smoking cigarettes. Please avoid this place if you can.
