Found Dr Li online, figured I would give her a try. Called them and could schedule an appointment really quick, like the "next day"! I went in and had seen by dr Li. In and out in 15 mins! I was prescribed the psoriaid and skin detox pills, and a cream and and some overpriced dead sea salts! Got charged a steep $200 for this visit!( pretty steep price for a herbalist doc!) It's been a few months now, here is what I thought. Nothing that she prescribed has proven to me as significant improvement to my eczema or skins of my finger tips peeling off condition! It is really sketchy how this office managed to produce Herbal formulated pills into a commercial product and sell? This office seems too small and not upscale enough to pull off a product line like this! It just feels sketchy! But They did! Those pills are some of the largest pills I've even taken and are really hard to swallow, and I almost choke on them a couple of times! I've been taking for a month and these pills don't seem to improve my conditions. Overall, I just feel like Dr Li had some connections and pull off a production line of products that are really hard to prove its potency and effectiveness; they usually blame it on "slowness" of herbs taking effect on your body. When I moved to California from New York my younger daughter's eczema became significantly worse, especially in her inner elbows and behind her knees. Her pediatrician a steroid based cream to use to control a severe outbreak but it isn't to be used continuously. I was finding it hard to control and didn't want to overuse the steroid cream. Enter Dr. Merry who was recommended by some friends in the Bay area. I ordered the DermaCalm syrup since I knew my kid wasn't going to swallow a pill and I can easily put the drops in her juice. I haven't been using the formula for long (about a month) but have noticed that the breakouts haven't been as severe, even during the super hot days we sometimes have. Also my kid is complaining less about itchiness. Doesn't seem to have any side effects the way the steroid does in terms of hyperactivity. I've tried ecDermaid and thought I'd write about some of my results on yelp (it can be hard to trust a review of a company that is posted on the company's own website!). Having had eczema all my life, I was willing to try anything, and stumbled across Dr. Li's website. Thought I'd give the initial trial a try. Doseage is kind of annoying though, at about 8-10 largish pills every 12 hours. But the pills are packed with a ton of herbal remedies that I guess they haven't figured out how to distill and compress. What was the result? I think there are definitely some (and perhaps, several) herbal medicines at work that attempt to "lower the body's internal temperature" (yeet-hay, per se). In short, I found that my skin started to not break out/deterioriate as often, and maintained its texture, was stronger; but at the same time, where the skin still broke out, it would not heal back quite as quickly (so corticosteroids could still be needed for those cases). But, I had one slightly scary incident; I was getting a flu vaccine (elsewhere), and when the nurse pricked me with the needle, blood started to trickle down my arm, almost like water from a leaky bag. It eventually stopped after applying pressure, but was very weird... I can only surmise that these pills possess some sort of blood thinner reagent. I stopped taking it around then, and the price and the large pill intake also contributed to that - going through a bottle every week costs about $30-40. But, I would reconsider taking it again, if my current regimen with my dermatologist ends. I recommend taking ecDermaid with caution (I am not a doctor). It is no placebo, but it was not quite my silver bullet either; but it may be yours. Good luck! read more

I tried her medication thinking, "what if it does work". I should have talked to her first over the phone. If any doctor prescribes without seeing a patient is a hoax/scam (not a good doctor). I spoke with her over the phone when I was almost done with her medication and wasn't seeing any result. From talking to her, I knew, I was taking sugar pills. I heard about Merry Clinic and their product Biotae, from a sales clerk at a Fruitful Yield Store in Schaumburg. The clerked was under no obligation but recommended Biotae after we combed the entire store and found nothing close to helping, (other than Vitamin B) me to strengthen my hair and nails. I was hoping to find something that would actually stop my hair from falling out. She didn't know of anything the store carried and recommended Biotae. For that I am grateful for her honesty. She personally had tried it because she too experienced hair loss due to a thyroid condition. She said within 4-6 weeks she got enough results to work with it for a few more months. That was all I needed to hear because my hair loss was going on for about a year and a half to 2 years. I was working with my Chiropractor for several years with a few autoimmune issues, hair loss being related to one of them. We examined: stress levels, blood counts, thyroid issues, adrenal issues, menopause, and we finally settled on "all of the above" and a heavy metal issue. I had to detox from 7 different heavy metals, and it was in the middle of a (nearly a 3 year period) that I found Biotae. This sales clerk's personal testimony led me to at least call and get a few samples to have tested for allergy/sensitivity (via Kinesiology). I needed to know if they'd help my cause, God forbid hurt my cause, if I'd react negatively, or if they'd do nothing for me. I'm a fan of EcDermaid pills and the lotion. It helped me out tremendously in Nov 2012 when I first developed nasty sores and an itchy rash all over. I focused my search on eczema (not really knowing if it was or not) and found Dr. Li's site. I emailed her photos and a description. After confirmation I ordered the pills, spray and lotion. I found Dr Li over 15 years ago when she was working in Sunnyvale. I went to her with some sort of mysterious skin issue that 3 dermatologists at Kaiser, and PAMF couldn't figure out. I have found a cure for my eczema and hope this information may help others get relief as well. I have been struggling with stubborn eczema on my hands and feet for about 15 years now. I've used various strengths of prescription steroid creams which did nothing, I underwent 6 months of ultra-violet light treatment which I found more irritating than healing. I've probably spent thousands of dollars on creams, oils, lotions, soaks, home remedies....you name it, I've tried it. At this point the worst problem has been on my hands. It was in the crook of my thumbs and spread across about a third of my palm on both hands. The skin was thickened, but very brittle, red and enflamed. It would often crack open..it felt like a bad burn with deep cuts in it. Every time I'd open my hands the skin would stretch and break. It was excruciatingly painful. The only way I could tolerate the pain was to take tons of Ibuprofen throughout the day, constantly apply lotion...(I've found Eucerin or Aquaphor to be the best) and wear damp gloves to keep the skin moist and supple. Unlike the other reviewers, I consulted Merry Clinic for their Women's Health products, specifically abnormal bleeding. I am perimenopausal and exactly a year ago, my period lasted almost 2 months. I saw my OB and was prescribed a type of progesterone. It stopped the bleeding for a while but then it came back. Plus, you are not supposed to take it for too long. I looked high and low for herbal medicine specializing in women's health. I tried another herbalist and acupuncture, but it didn't do anything. I explained my problem to Dr. Li and she prescribed the heavy bleeding formula and then the perimenopause formula. The bleeding stopped shortly after and I had normal periods. Fast forward a year and the same thing happens. My OB orders an ultrasound and biopsy but there is nothing unusual. I take the same formula and the bleeding stopped. I have been dealing with melasma for a little over a year now. It started on my forehead and recently I noticed small patch forming on my cheeks.
