They use really thin and fine needles here, which I barely feel when inserted. And the speed at which Yvette puts them in just shows her experience. They even ground up Chinese herbal medicine which is awesome. Talk about going the extra mile. I was organizing a wellness retreat and through conversation, Yvette offered to put up my flyer. I'm not going to sit here and discredit other people's negative experiences (believe me, I've had my fair share at other places), but I have to agree with my husband and say that choosing a doctor, especially THIS kind, is a lot like dating. You vibe with them or you don't. And if you don't, you cut your losses and keep searching. I find Dr. Kim to be super attentive, quick (without ever making me feel rushed), on time (so important to me) and genuinely concerned about my well-being. This is a basic, reasonable question--especially when making significant medical and financial decisions like egg freezing. Not once did anyone provide an actual answer or explain what protocol was used. Instead of addressing the issue, I was told I could repeat the ultrasound--but only if I paid for it again. Offering a paid redo without ever explaining or standing behind the initial assessment is not patient care, it's avoidance. What stood out most was the complete lack of transparency and accountability. I felt dismissed, unheard, and as though my questions were treated as a nuisance rather than a normal part of being an informed patient. Patients deserve clear explanations and confidence in their care. That simply did not happen here. If you're the kind of patient that asks questions, expect resistance not answers. I ultimately chose to leave this clinic and take my care elsewhere. I would strongly caution others who expect open communication and thoughtful, patient-centered care.

Doctor Khilnani was extremely professional and thorough during our prenatal appointments and exams. She was kind and patient and took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions, never rushed me and always with a great attitude and a warm smile. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Khilnani as she save my baby's life when she realized my daughter was not growing properly and got me into an early labor (37 weeks). During labor she was calm and guided me with confidence. She respected all my delivery and labor's requests and offered my husband to cut the chord which made him really happy! I was really scared of giving birth and I feel so blessed and grateful that with Dr. Khilnani both my baby and I are safe and healthy, I had a beautiful experience. Lastly, Dr. Khilnani has the lowest rate of vaginal tear and it was really important to me to come of of the birth with minimal to no tear which with doctor Khilnani I was able to archive! I needed to have a procedure done that I was very worried about after reading about it online. Every positive review of Dr. Young and his assistant Chin are true. They are everything and so much more in a gynecological practice. From the beginning, Chin has been on top of everything, extremely detail oriented, and has made scheduling/communication easy. Dr. Young in my first appointment never rushed me and took the time to answer every single one of my MANY questions. To say he is knowledgeable is an understatement. I feel fortunate to get to see him and can easily say he is the best gynecologist I have seen. He makes you feel like your symptoms, concerns, and thoughts all matter. He makes you feel heard, treats you with respect, and cares about you and the outcome. This has been very hard to find in my gynecological experiences. As for my procedure, I am blown away. I barely felt anything and he took my pain concerns very seriously. I am not afraid at all to get the procedure again, if ever needed, in the future with Dr. Young.
