One of my sisters immediately said she wanted to go in there after lunch so we did just that. The whole store was decorated top to bottom in fall and Halloween items. Everyone in my family found a couple of things to purchase. My only callouts would be that it would be nice if they cared some local things or at least called out what in the store was from local vendors. The second was that the lady employee definitely was watching us the whole time (and without even a greeting). Perhaps they have a lot of theft but was a bit uncomfortable

Condensing, sorting, designing, rearranging and adding finishing touches to his home so that it was staged to sell. He'd initially had it listed for 6 months with minimal interest. Once Impressions ReDesign came in and and took charge it had an offer within 2 weeks of re-listing it. Also when we were selling our home, we again worked with Impressions ReDesign to help us with staging. Nice, clean, simple and inviting. I called back that day after confirming some measurements and she took my order over the phone and processed the payment on my credit card. Approximately 1 week later I called asking for an estimated shipping date. I was then told the order had not yet been placed with the furniture manufacturing company and they would be unable to do so until the owner got back from vacation, they were not sure when that would be. I asked if I could cancel my order and get a refund and they apologized and said they would reach out to the owner. The following day I received a short e-mail stating my order was placed and shipping information would be sent ASAP (I never received shipping information). Two days ago I received a text message that the chairs were ready to be picked up, I responded I would be by after I got off work to pick them up and got no reply back. I went by the store first thing on Saturday and waited in front of the business 45min past the posted opening hours of 10am, no one showed up. There was no sign regarding closures or inability to open and, of course, no answer on the telephone. I placed my order 28 days ago and I very much regret it. Too expensive for this poor of customer service. I have no comment on the quality of furniture because I have not seen the chairs.
