Cleaning team came out…read more8/19/24, I was expecting a detail cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom which were general cleaned. The rest of the areas were not touched but were suppose to be throughly cleaned.,Trash wasn't taken out in kitchen, hood under stove was not cleaned, cabinets weren't wiped good, and floor was spot mopped and I had just had few dishes not man. Bathroom just look like it was quickly cleaned. All 3 living areas were disappointments...smh!! First room, it was just a mattress cover placed on the bed. Second & third room, the cleaning team did nothing and in my sunroom they did nothing. So 4 total rooms were not cleaned. $220 wasted!! When I called about the issues, the company was not helpful, it was a struggling getting them to contact me back. After I talked to them the next day after the cleaning, I requested a refund and I was told I would get a call back. 2 days went by and nothing from them until I emailed them first. It has been nothing but a hassle to get my money back and the management team has been unprofessional with non communication and the lack empathy towards the situation. It also has only been he say/ she say. The person who came out to the consultation lied and told her manager that I would have things cleaned up before the cleaning team got there. Ummm ma'am that's why you are a cleaning company!! Basically, this company wants you to have everything cleaned up so they can take the credit as them cleaning it.
