Absolute Nightmare. Requested small concrete patio to attach to existing concrete walkway. Nick…read moremanaged to get his truck "stuck" with "tires spinning", in the yard. Then my daughter luckily, observed Nick & realized the concrete step they were pouring, near the backdoor was too much of a drop to be safe & gave him direction on a solution. Where walkway & patio met, the cement was slapped on with no attempt to blend or delineate the combination of the two. The patio looks like a patchwork quilt. Seams, and footprints with numerous discolorations and stop & start imprints on cement prominent throughout. Nick's consistent reply to dissatisfaction with the patio was "once it settles, will be fine." Anything BUT fine, & after a time he agreed to "sand it." First with a small hand held sander with no improvement. Then with an industrial upright sander, he had ZERO control over. It flipped and tipped & flew through the air, as he tried unsuccessfully to hang on. This put circular gouges into cement. So patchwork now has circular gouges, as in alien landing sites. Nick Filled my refuge containers with cement bags . Nick consistently, & without permission helped himself to items in the garage. I continue to find cigarette butts in the yard, along with water bottles in the flower pots. I kept waiting for the Candid Camera crew to reveal themselves. They did not, but if I can save even one family from the nightmare of Nick's Masonry LLC, then it will have been worth my time to share this Nightmare.

The siding he replaced on our house is falling off and warped after barely two years. His attempts to fix it made it worse and now he is refusing to refund us. We had two independent contractors come out and verified everything was done incorrectly and poorly. Nick also only employees people who are not qualified for the job and do not speak English so you cannot communicate with them. Nick was rude to me and refused to listen when issues were raised. Unfortunately in the past two years she's assigned people who would not qualified. Two years ago I met with Abby and reviewed our plans in detail to be carried out. The only part that I was totally satisfied with what wonderful window boxes. But from there everything went down and in the past year and became a total disaster. Not only plans we discussed were not carried out, I had to call for routine maintenance and the people she sentwere totally incompetent (she acknowledged this). My flowerbeds became a jungle. When the person in charge came a second time after my complaint and I informed her that she has done a terrible job in the past Abby then informed me that the woman was hurt and insulted. She should never have been sent since she didn't know what was a weed. e. I finally terminated this arrangement. It is my belief since she was no longer taking as active a role and leaving the work to others this was the result. I would not recommend her and Everything Botanical. Abby and her husband are lovely people but fell down on the job.

At one point we accumulated 2" of water in the basement because of the problem When Mr Turcotte came over we discussed several possible approaches and we were able to select the one that was best. He and his men showed as scheduled and trenched along the section of the wall where the problem was. When they were finished they replaced the soil, tamped down the ground and cleaned up leaving a professional job behind. To date, we have had no further leaking or water problems in the repaired area. I found Mr Turcotte to be an easy man to work with, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful.

We had a ton of work to do. We had plans from an engineer as required by our building department, in short; lots to do and a bunch of restrictions. Jesse and Lauro carefully reviewed everything with me and gave the good and bad to me straight. They were practical and prompt at every turn. The whole crew was incredible. Every single person who came was amazing and I felt like they were always giving their all. Our city made my project way more difficult than expected and Driveway Masters found a way to make it work while being available and communicative about the additional costs due to my city's additional requirements. In the end, they got it done & done well. Numerous visitors have complemented their work - including the city's building department! I'm thankful for their work and highly recommend them at any chance.
