Here is the laundry list of services they performed: - Demoed the kitchen - Moved electrical and plumbing - Replaced light switches and outlets. - Installed new luxury vinyl flooring - Coordinated the addition and hook-up of gas to the kitchen for the oven. - Installed custom cabinets - Installed new appliances - Installed a hood range and created the vent to the outside. - Tiled the kitchen backsplash, which included accent pieces, and the half bath floor - Hooked up new sink and faucets - Updated the light fixtures - Replaced all the quarter round and added new base where needed. - Cut and hung 4 picture shelves so they met in the corner in the living room. - Hung floating shelves, mirror, towel rack, and toilet paper holder in half bathroom. - Installed shiplap in living room and half bathroom. - Applied restrictors to the new cabinet doors for me. They were flexible with me and allowed me to paint in between activities, they were fun to work with, and I think they were reasonably priced. How could one project go so well and the second project end in disappointment?…read moreThe first hardwood floor installation in June 2025 was professional, no dust and job clean up was thorough, it was flawless. It went so well I decided to do another room. Two different workers came this time, July 2025 & asked where my 220 plug was. The worker plugged his wires into my dryer machine plug. I questioned why there was no plug on his machine only wires coming out & he said "it's ok" when they began to sand my new smoke detectors were blaring & I come upstairs to one worker standing in my living room, far from the room they were working on with a mask on in a cloud of dust saying "sorry, something wrong with the machine" and my smoke detectors were put into a bathroom. As a professional they should have prevented the dust from circulating throughout my house and if the equipment was faulty it should not have been used. As soon as the dust was circulating throughout the house the equipment should've been turned off until a working replacement was available. Apparently the sander had no vacuum bag attached, in the high humidity the dust settled & adhered to everything inside the house. The fact that the smoke detectors were blaring was additional proof that the workers created a hazardous environment in my house and judging by the layer of dust on my fan blades I used to clear the air my new smoke detectors are probably compromised. Also the baseboard heater was left dangling from the wall & I had to fix the holes from them ripping it off the wall to reattach properly myself. Also worth noting, I have found 2 live cockroaches so far in the rooms that were done. I'm not sure if they were brought in with their equipment or what, but I have never seen previously in my home. I felt my concerns expressed to Brian were not taken seriously and the only apology I received for the second job nightmare was from 2 of his employees and none from the owner of the business. If this happened on the first job, they would never have been hired for the second Job. I have other projects I'm looking forward to do, but will look elsewhere. I would give the first job 4/5 stars, but zero for the second.

I explained I wasn't looking into replacing the floor, that I had oak, with no pet stains, and wanted them to refinish it. The owner, Brian Harding, came in within just a few days, and gave me a great estimate! He was very professional, honest, and right on point about a few nicks that were already on my floors. After day 1 all the tiles in our back porch were even and solidly affixed (even cracked tiles I did not know about) and a particularly loose tile in front had been carefully reset. The area around the fireplace, with uneven flooring, was another project for another day (we had to order new tile) but I am very pleased with the result!
