This company accomplished the exact opposite. I paid for a clean pool and ended up with an empty wallet and the dirtiest pool ever because they just let the dirt build up for weeks. There are numerous voids where the coating did not adhere to the pool shell. Those sections are now discolored, and calcium flakes are forming where air voids exist behind the coating. Best Florida Pool and Spas acid washed the surface earlier this year. This would have been an opportunity to identify the adhesion problem, but the issue was either not recognized or not communicated to me. Separately, Best Florida Pool and Spas installed a heater a few years ago that remains under warranty. The circuit board has failed. I have requested the purchase invoice needed to file a warranty claim, and they have not provided it. My recommendation to anyone considering this company: put a formal written contract in place before proceeding, so that you have clear documentation and legal recourse if problems arise.
