But be careful the winds do pick up and will blow your shade structure or motorhome awning quite a bit! We found the staff so helpful and nice. Lou traveled around, greeted the guests even on the beach with his golf cart making sure everyone was happy and didn't need anything. The young girl in the front office was also helpful. The clubhouse is nice and big and we were able to use it and cool off for games. I'm sure our Group will be back.

I was in the first spot adjacent to the road (10' away) so I felt a little exposed and had products in the bed of my truck. Well, no issues. It was quite with minimum road noise. The "neighbors" came over and invited us for drinks around their campfire. Everyone in the park waves when you pass by. Very inviting! We've stayed next door at the Arizona Oasis RV Resort (gated). Both parks have the same great vibe.

They offer a fully fenced DOG PARK, a kids playground and a clubhouse. The clubhouse has a cooking area,board games&library,comfortable seating,with card tables&a pool table. The shower house has great water pressure, the whirlpool spa is hot with strong jets, the coin laundry is s fair price and in good repair . All the public areas are kept very clean.StAff ,,, All care , obviously. The rates here are more than reasonable for weekly or monthly, overnight is a bit more costly. A few key things that make this Park stand out: THE STAFF: This on-site team is professional, friendly and quick to resolve any issues. Deya is a gem. She truly cares about the tenants and is always friendly and upbeat. Carlos keeps my grass green and is the first one to help me carry a heavy package if he sees me struggling to pull a package out of the mail center box. And Martin, he is on top of any maintenance issue I request-almost before I finish the sentence. THE FACILITIES: It is so convenient to have an on-site laundry. So much nicer than having to drive into town and deal with people vying for machines. And I was lucky enough to be able to host BINGO which enabled me to meet several of the tenants from all walks of life. They are a great bunch of people - definitely fun Bingo enthusiasts! THE LOCATION: This is the Pie'ce de Resistance! I have such a beautiful view. I am fortunate enough to be on the water. The sunrise/sunsets are incredible! Just having this view keeps me smiling and feeling upbeat. I thoroughly recommend this RV Resort to anyone wanting a beautiful, serene place to live or visit on weekends and holidays.
