I absolutely love the people at this office. I've been a patient on and off for going of 4 years. I've seen Dr Campbell retire, I miss that guy! He was very attentive and remember details of things we'd talk about during my session. Just super personable! Lisa and Carrie are my favorite front office ladies. Except for maybe one, all of the ladies are/were very sweet and caring. Dr. Chamberlain bought the business. He's a funny guy, he does forget things from time to time but I just have to remind him. It's not what it was with Dr. Campbell. Dr. Campbell made time for you and listened to you. I was happy that he was able to retire and gave the new doctor a chance. In fact I gave him four chances. Unfortunately I'll have to find a new chiropractor. Dr. Troy does not listen to you. He says that he made the adjustments, but after going to Dr. Campbell for years and knowing what worked and what didn't, I know that it didn't work. When I asked for additional adjustments that Dr. Campbell used to make, Dr. Troy blew me off. I love the staff, love the location, but cannot pay good money for adjustments that do not work. read more

I have been going here for over a decade. When my IBLC told me my newborn daughter was having problems turning her head I knew exactly where to go. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Campbell for over three years. The treatments have been very effective and helped a lot in reducing pain. His staff has been wonderful and helpful. When I've had to change an appt they go out of their way to help me with a date that is better for me. Always, kind, helpful and concerned. I have been seeing Jolene, their massage therapist, for a very specialized ..lymph drainage massage once or twice a week for more then 3 years. I've had chronic lymphedema is my leg since my cancer surgery almost 20 years ago. It's uncomfortable and painful at times. I have had many therapists and treatments through those years BUT NEVER have I had a massage where I WALK OUT OF HER OFFICE FEELING LIKE I DONT EVEN HAVE LYMPHEDEMA! HOORAY! He uses different techniques with his patients, and helps with the after care of your treatment. Dr. Campbell has 30 years of experience and is very knowledgeable about musculo-skeletal stuff. He can advise on exercises to do for your particular problem, and knows a lot about natural healing. He is also an excellent chiropractor. He always seems to be able to make my vertebrae move, even when other chiropractors could not, and his adjustments never seem to hurt. I've went to Campbell Chiropractic for a few years now. I had a bad infection in my spine back in April 2012 & had went to the hospital several times. The hospital kept telling me there was no problem health wise, So I went to Dr. Campbell he took some x-rays & found what looked like a bad infection. Dr. Campbell sent me back to the hospital with the x-rays. The hospital has me in surgery within a couple of hours. My infection was so bad they took out 2 of my vertabre Why did it take Dr. Campbell sending me in with some x-rays for the hospital to take care of this? Dr. Campbell saved my life!!!!!! Right from the start I knew something fishy was going on they were coaching us on what to say or do as we got involved in a car accident and recommended treatments that were not necessary I would not go here. Also they upped the prices for insurance first telling us it was $260 for ONE visit, once insurance found that out and they contacted them, they lowered the price to $150 still extremely high especially when no X-rays were done!! This place is a scam. I was in a car accident and went to see Dr. Campbell for an adjustment and not only did they charge the third party insurance almost triple what they would charge if you were paying out of pocket but they essentially made the paperwork delayed long enough so that we would continue getting services without knowing the cost of what they were charging. Most of us pay a lot for car insurance and its shady places like this that are the reason why we pay so much. How it's legal I don't know but I do know this place is not just a business it's a money hungry institution set out on preying on any opportunity to take advantage of people. The woman who deals with the insurance companies Kerri is so rude and advantageous when it comes to money that she could care less about your well being of its not raking in massive bucks. I would never recommend this place to anyone it should be shut down for insurance fraud. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Campbell for more years than I care to admit ... on the rare occasions i have been out of town and had to see anyone else, I am reminded immediately the difference a truly outstanding Chiropractor can make. I have lived a pretty active life, a few more head and neck injuries than I care to admit - add to that my children and now grandchildren who see him for their health needs, i would refer them to anyone else. Dr. Campbell brings years of hands on experience, attends seminars regularly to stay updated on techniques and opportunities to better serve his patients. He gives his personal attention to each patient, babies through elderly, and most of his patients have been seeing him for years. The staff is very helpful and continues the experience with great service and treatment. They have worked with me on the billing side through times with no insurance, having insurance and being hit from behind and dealing with another's insurance. They were helpful with any questions, scheduling and follow up care. Add to this a professional massage therapist with several years of experience it is a total experience of wellness and relaxation. My family and I have gone to Dr. Campbell for over 10 years! He has helped us all through a couple car accidents and always knows just what to do. The office staff is amazing and they will go out of the way to make sure you are taken care of.
