Was told that help would come for my neuropathy in my feet that is not covered by my insurance. Receive no benefit from paying $6000 for a mixture of chemicals that not past any kind of chemical lab analysis they refuse to give me refund the $6000 or pay. It offered me $600 looking to go to court. they're not listed on a Better Business Bureau I wonder why. read more

This team is hands-down the best in Mesa. I have referred friends and family. I no longer live in this area but when I am in town and having back pain, I call them up and they always remember me and welcome me, as if no time had been lost. All of the members of this staff are excellent. From the intake process to the massage therapy, they all take very good care of their clients and its an open session with everyone all in one room so you always feel safe. I enjoy that about this place. Its no cold office room, being left alone after in-take. And I enjoy their "cycle" of adjustment, followed by shock therapy, and finished with concentrated massage. This is hands down the best medical team I've met. They're all super friendly and attentive. I was in a car accident towards the end of their day and they got me in last minute to get me started on treatment. They were able to recommend pain doctors and labs to use as part of the accident recovery process, all were great experiences. They have a high standard of practice and it shows. They really helped me manage the pain from my injuries and guided me as far as what I can do at home to further benefit from their treatment. Dr Rob and Dr Eric are amazing, the whole staff really are great. They have always made time to see us and their practice is too notch. Our daughter was recently diagnosed with Scoliosis and we would not have caught it this early if it was for Dr Eric and Dr Rob (our daughter is 6yo). I am in town to help my daughter move and hurt my back and neck, called for a walk in appointment and they got me in the afternoon. Super friendly had normal paperwork to fill out, then went to the exam room and talked with the Dr and then an x ray so there's no guesswork. He then adjusted my spine and neck, I had electro therapy, and then to top it off a massage, yes an actual massage after an adjustment and treatment. The ladies all are so nice and you get a back massage with each visit. It's apart of the treatment. I like it because it's not some fancy office with crappy receptionist and run like a sterile boring office environment. This office is so sweet and knowledgeable. I randomly had a rib out of place which caused so much pain, and made me nervous deciding who to go to and how they would fix it and what price tag. The chiropractors and their assistants know what they're doing and were able to x ray and completely fix my rib and relieve my pain. I've been going here on a regular basis for the past 7 months now and taking the fish oils they recommended for my scoliosis, what a huge difference. Extremely cost efficient also because they have low prices and payment plans on top of that. Only downfall is the entrance driving into the parking lot is tight when trying to turn in and the office is closed on weekends. But they do offer earlier and later appointments on certain days to try and accommodate before/after work and rush hour. There are so many wonderful things to say about this place: the staff, the doctors, the environment, the affordability and excellent patient care. If I could give it more then 5 stars I would. The one attribute that stands out is honesty. Dr. Rob runs an honest practice. His true desire is to help patients at an affordable price. I agreed to pay in advance (very affordable I might add), for treatment doctor Rob felt would help my pinched nerve. I told him I would likely be moving and I wouldn't be able to finish treatment. He assured me that getting the unused appointments refunded would be no problem at all. Today is my last day of regular treatment...and I was fully refunded for all unused appointments no questions asked. We are moving and can't commute for further treatment but I will say, if there ever is an issue with my neck or shoulder I will drive back. These doctors are worth the commute for excellent care. Alley gives them 5 stars as well. She liked their quick appointment times that didn't interfere with her walks and their flexibility that allowed her to go to California twice during the course of treatment. She felt the play area had lots of options, toys, books and art so the wait for any child would seem quick as parents underwent treatment. She is very happy to get a refund so she can stop by the store for bbq fixings. Thanks for everything. My insurance pays for 24 chiropractic visits per year. If you have similar coverage, don't bother coming here because they are out of network with all insurance providers - something that I was told after my second visit. So I paid out of pocket for both visits without being informed that they don't contract with insurance companies. Additionally, they recommended a lot more visits than I requested and/or felt were necessary. The worst part for me, though, was that there is no privacy during treatments in this office. They have a communal, unsecured space to keep your personal belongings, and adjustments and massages are both done in one room with all other patients there as well. During the short massage, all of the therapists were singing and talking to each other - not professional at all in my opinion. I won't be back. read more

I injured my back recently and went to Dr. Rob at Mesa Chiro. The entire staff is super friendly and you are never rushed through your appointment. They take whatever time you need, do multiple therapies on each appointment and ensure that you understand each procedure and what it's designed to accomplish. The combination of adjustments, muscle stim and massage has made my recovery much more comfortable and each apt. they address any current issues in order to get the most out of the session. Dr Rob helped my create a plan for recovery and I've been seeing real results over the past few weeks. I couldn't walk, sit or stand without constant pain and now I'm able to get around and the pain is bearable and I have no doubt it will soon be gone. I have heard stories from friends about Chiropractic doctors who crack you and kick you out, and this office is the farthest from that type of experience. I've been adjusted a few times by Dr. Eric now after some back problems due to improper rowing technique and he has helped me out so much!
