In this new location at 24 road, I have been there twice, I don't recognize any of the cashiers, I never see any employees in the aisles. When I finally found someone to ask for help, he just said - it's not my department. NEVER has a Natural Grocer employee said that to me. I was appalled, normally they will walk with me to the area and help me find what I am looking for. Then when I got to the cashiers, the line was so long. One of the cashiers kept calling on the radio for help and NO ONE ever arrived to help. So I put my items back and left the store and will never return.

I checked out and left. I reviewed my receipt and realized that the 50% discount wasn't applied so I swung back into the store to get the credit (would have been approx $22) - not a huge amount. I was told that the sale was over and that they forgot to remove the red sale tag. They would not honor the advertised sale. I was then told that I can't return any purchased items if it has been less than 24 hours. I live an hour away. It's too bad companies are willing to lose long time customers because they aren't willing to be reasonable. Oh well. Amazon delivers everything I purchased and GNC has lost a customer.
