Parking is plentiful most of the time and it's easy to get in and out of. It's not fancy and feels a little dated, but it's practical. Some storefronts turn over a lot, and it can get crowded on weekends. Best for quick errands or grabbing food, not for hanging out. If you live in Mira Mesa, you'll end up here constantly. It's utilitarian, not a destination.

It has, Vietnamese pho, Filipino food, a good Indian restaurant, pizza, poke, wings n things etc. Other than food it has Indian grocery place, and Indian fashion store.. Also Autozone, barber and salon n spa. Also covering health and pharmacy. The biggest problem is the parking, very tight spots and few. Also ppl driving east, it's hard to enter and exit. You can find Thai, Indian, Vietnamese, and Filipino food here, as well as American fast food. There's also an Asian market, a gasoline station, and a tire center. I understand that a fitness center will be moving into the former Rite-Aid space. There's plenty of parking, although the parking lot could use resurfacing. Access from/to Mira Mesa Blvd is easy, with traffic signal control at both ends of the center.
