If you preorder your flowers then maybe this is the place for you. if you just need beautiful flowers for an event just go to Trader Joe's or AJ's or even the little flower market in downtown San Diego for the best, most beautiful and healthiest flowers. This wholesale flower market was such a discouraging experience. All of the flowers were sad and dying and brown and it is pricey for a "wholesale pricing" business. I ended up having to go to Trader Joe's for three of the flower varieties I was looking for and not only did Trader Joes have them but they were vibrant and lively and, far less expensive. For the cost of living in California, this flower shop is an absolute STEAL. My boss told me about this place and now I am addicted. Genuinely shocked with the prices of both flowers and floral supplies. They have both live and faux flowers with value-line vases/pots and high end vases/pots. Blanca took my phone call when I wanted to pre-order giraffe and coconut orchids. I asked for the largest giraffe orchids and coconut orchids that had the most bulbs. Without hesitation she followed through and secured my picky request! Once I got to the store Kaya assisted me in my plant shopping spree. She was extremely friendly, kind and highly accommodating. She offered advice for items that were sold out, gave me tips on where orchids would thrive most, and set me up with crates/boxes without me even asking! Give this girl a raise!! I spent a good two hours mesmerized and meandering around the store. I bought $280 worth of product that would have EASILY cost me $500+ at ANY OTHER flower shop. And of course, all my orchids were top notch quality. The flower fridge smells GLORIOUS and is absolutely stunning. Ordered online a week before my event. The day of pickup they were pretty busy but i still received excellent customer service with a smile from every employee I interacted with. The place is spacious and has the items you'll need. Plants, flowers, vases, greenery, floral supplies, etc. I had an order of $130 and got plenty of stems for that price. Oh my goodness! My neighbor told me about this place and it took me a while to go check it out. Oh wow! My creative side just went wild! I could think of so many things I could do with so many flowers. They also had supplies such as pots and ribbons and all sorts of stuff. I recently went in with my mom in a wheelchair to help her find a silk arrangement. I did not know they also design and put together silk arrangements. I have shopped here before for events, but this time I was disappointed, I was shopping for my wedding and I could not find the flowers that I wanted and needed. I went one week before to pick them and purchase so I can just pick them up the day before the wedding. When I finally found similar to what I wanted I was told 2 of the ones I picked would most likely not be available the following week. They also said I needed to place orders 10 days prior which I was not aware of. The girl assisting me was not very helpful and she seemed annoyed that I was asking questions but I was worried i wouldn't have flowers for my wedding. I left a down payment in hopes they would have them for my wedding day but I received a call the week of saying they did not have them.
