I took a pair of shoes off the top of the cart& an irate 300+ lb man and a psychotic sounding (mayb natural or not) woman came after me. The man lounged in the air towards me and I felt unsafe. I immediately reported to the manager and the security there but it seemed like the scary couple was still in the store. It now looked like she was on some kind of Facebook or insta live, I now think I should've called the police for not only my safety but others because this was unacceptable especially in a space just shopping.
