I go to the Centre Chiro and I have to say that Dr Lundeberg has to be one of the most enthusiastic doctors I have ever encountered. From the moment I became a potential patient and now as a regular, I have to say that Customer Service is absolutely amazing and is up to pair w his ability to perform his craft! Friendly and attentive staff. Easy sign up process. Gym is always very clean and equipment well maintained. Great equipment selection, a lot of things other gyms don't have like a hack squat, hip thrust machine, belt squat, 3D smith machine and more. Also, true 24/7 hours with key fob access. I have been a member for two years now. I enjoy it so much that even after I moved downtown I make the drive back to dublin for it. Mesh is one of the cleanest gyms in columbus. I also like that they regularly update and rotate new equipment in the gym based off member suggestions and polls preventing it from feeling stale or boring. It makes it feel like they actually care and value their customers' opinions. The owners are always there to maintain the quality of the equipment and environment. The 24/7 access is just gravy on top of everything else which is a lifesaver with all my classes and work schedule. read more

I'm going to go ahead and review, even though I haven't gone to work out yet. I stopped in to Mesh tonight, more or less just to take a look. I belong to a small group training gym, but its hours are limited and I wanted a not-too-expensive membership somewhere that I could go work out whenever I wanted. This new gym in the Bridge street complex is near my house, and I was intrigued by their pricing - it's a la carte, you pay for the services you plan to use. The lowest level is just $10 a month, for off-peak hours only. For $20 you get 24/7 access (but no towels - I can handle that). If you want to take classes, etc, the fee goes up. Hey, it's an improvement over Lifetime, where I paid $80 a month for basically the same services. I was impressed right away. The facility is much larger than it appears on the outside - pro tip, the entrance is actually in the back, not on Riverside Drive. You CAN enter through there, but the main entrance is behind the Riverside frontage. There is a free garage for parking, and keycard access for when the gym is not staffed (late and overnight). The equipment looked extremely modern and top-of-the-line. The space was used efficiently and managed to fit in area for cardio machine, weights, yoga, free weights, plus separate rooms for strength training with TRX bands, a boxing-class room, and a cycling room. All the classrooms are equipped with heart-rate monitoring tech so the instructor can see the participants' heart rates and that data can be used as motivation and guidance. Ryan, one of their staff members, showed me around and demonstrated a few of their more unusual cardio machines, apart from the usual treadmill/ellipitical/bike stuff. The gym was reasonably populated (there were probably about 30 people there) but it didn't feel crowded. Locker rooms with showers are available, and the sign-up process was quick and simple. A keychair card will allow me to enter off-hours and sign myself in. There's also a Bubbles tea stand inside! I'm sure I'll be taking advantage of that. Clean facilities, a lot of parking and it's a free garage, lots of newer equipment (didn't have to wait for any machines I wanted to use while Training) 24 hour access makes this convenient for all Schedules! Awesome staff who are all always so welcoming ! My husband and I love mesh! read more

I came into the center earlier today after being closed due to the recent pandemic, As I was about to check-in I was approached by a staff member and was told that Silversneakers were not welcome at the center. The only reason I given was "we are reducing members". This is a benefit of my health insurance and whatever costs there are paid by the insurance provider. The center is close to my home, clean and relaxed environment vs other fitness centers. I reported the situation and I hope it will be corrected. Being a "boomer" and getting kicked to the curb is not a good way to do business. Perhaps you only want the beautiful people in your center...Very disappointed. The staff needs in customer /human relations. Also NO NOTICE of this policy change on your website. Time to look elsewhere. read more

When is the last time you ran through all the reasons why you don't have a gym membership? If you're like me, you do that pretty often. And that's where Mesh changed the game for me. From the time I first walked in the door, I knew something was different about this place. Every staff member I met was not only informative, but was genuine and happy about helping me to meet my goals. And it's so absolutely affordable that I couldn't even use that as an excuse! Mesh is a place where you leave judgement at the door and you take back control of your life to become the person you want to be. Every trainer I've met has been awesome, and the environment is full of encouragement and inspiration. Of course, these things start from the top down, Ryan and Caity are both wholly committed to the success of their team- and your success as well. Go check this place out. DID NOT HONOR GROUPON - BAIT AND SWITCH! I will say the staff are generally great, owners...not so much. Bought 3 groupons recently (class packs) and was told I could not redeem them unless I became a member and paid an annual maintenance fee plus monthly membership fee. This was NOT stated anywhere on the groupon website or voucher (and still is not). Mesh wanted me to pay a $39 annual maintenance fee and then $25 per month until my classes were used up. If I wanted to continue at that point, then it would be $45 per month (current all inclusive rate). How is that a resolution for a customer who purchased a Groupon in good faith and followed the rules?? Groupon would not hold Mesh accountable despite the fact I had purchased Mesh groupons in the past and had no issues with redemption at those times. I tried to find a middle ground even though I felt this was FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, but they would not budge. Current members of Mesh should note, the current summer special ($45 per month all inclusive) is $15 per month cheaper than if you had joined as a founding member and purchased the "All Zones" package at that time because you are likely paying at least $60 per month. At the end of the day, this all seems to be an unfortunate case of sour grapes by owners who decided they didn't like the profit margin they themselves had agreed to on their own Groupon deals. Unfortunate, but there are cheaper places in Dublin to workout and take classes. A non-member of the Rec Center can purchase 20 class packs for $85 ($4.25 per class) without having to join the Rec Center. If you do join the Rec Center, that price drops to $70 (and membership for an individual resident is $200 for the year!) - a MUCH better deal and their class schedule offers more choice and convenience since Mesh had been cutting classes from their schedule. Other members in my Spin classes had similar complaints on the schedule changes. No thanks Mesh! Update: After repeated attempts to work out a resolution, I did not hear from the owner until I posted a negative review on social media. By this point, nearing a month of trying to resolve getting them to honor the Groupon. Groupon initially did not want to refund my purchase, but eventually did. I was still willing to try to work out another resolution with the owner and give Mesh the opportunity to make things right, but when I finally became annoyed with the delay and lackluster followup...and communicated as much...I was led to believe that I was being disrespectful to him and his staff. After "review of my account...it was time to part ways". Give me a break...he didn't like my characterization of his customer service as lip service. As it turns out...that's exactly what it was! I have been a member of mesh fitness for over a year and it is a fantastic gym! I love taking the 3 different classes, spinning, boxing and a combo row/treadmill/floor exercise class. The trainers are really good about explaining all of the exercises and will give you alternate exercises if you are unable to do one, so you do not have to feel intimidated taking classes for the first time, they are for any fitness level. The trainers are so friendly and encouraging that classes are as fun as working out can be. Taking the classes allows me to push myself more than I might working out on my own which is a plus. The gym equipment is top of the line and with this being a newer gym everything is still in great shape. I like how they update the members each year on what improvements they are making in the gym as well. Also the membership is very affordable compared to other gyms even when you get the full class membership. I cannot say enough good things about Mesh Fitness and it's staff. If you are looking for a new gym to try, Mesh Fitness is a great one! read more
