The initial consultation and final measurement with Eric, was very professional and Eric went over everything that had to be done. Eric is not a salesman, he has been in this profession for years, and is the owner. It was refreshing to have someone who actually knows what the job entails and not just a salesman was refreshing. The price of the materials and installation was very competitive. The doors and windows came in earlier than expected and installation was scheduled. Chris, Mike, Aaron, Dave and Walt were here for about 5 1/2 hours. They all were experienced, professional and completed a some what difficult project. My house was built in the late 50's so everything is not standard-sizing, etc., they did have to work through several issues. Everything passed inspection. There are some scratches, marks in the glass of the kitchen window and glass panel on the back door. Oscar came and noted everything and the glass panels are in the works to be replaced. This is nothing that the company damaged, just defaults in the glass. The consultation to final measurement to installation to setting up the inspection were all stress free. I could not say one bad thing about this company. I would highly recommend this company to friends, family and neighbors.

Installation manager failed to show up for a meeting he set. 48 hours later. Two contact attempts to two employees and nothing. If you want to get an idea of what service you will receive just call and ask for Mike. The supervisor doesn't even have voice mail set up and I believe it's intended to avoid communication. Sad quality and customer service. Do your homework also. they don't replace the whole window. They put smaller windows inside your old windows.

We had to act as project managers just to get the work corrected. * Unprofessional behavior in our home. Employees complained about us, mocked our requests, and admitted themselves they "couldn't believe" the state of the work. * Payment bait-and-switch. We chose this company because they promised full credit card payment with no fee. They changed policy mid-project and refused to honor the agreement. When we escalated to management and even the owner, we were brushed off and told no refund or adjustment would be given. They did finish the work, but only after we managed the project and audited their work for an extra 8 months. Save yourself the stress, time, and money -- hire someone else.

My issues began when the installation was complete. They subcontract their installation team. Not only did they not do a great job of cleaning up but one of them must have cut themselves because I found blood everywhere. On my bathroom wall, smudged on a door and all over the floor leaving a trail. I have a gate that I put up to keep my dogs on one side, they left it unscrewed and open. They didn't bother to put it back or at least say something. They lefts bits of trash around the space of just about each window and they did not do a good job of keeping glass off surrounding objects and the floor. I'm still finding glass and they installed on Saturday 11/18. The windows themselves are nice we got double paned and they are reversible meaning I can open the top or bottom and switch the screen to the pane I decide to open. Finally the inspector came and there were screws missing on a couple of windows. If you're going to do something do it right. Luckily they still passed us but now I have missing screws to worry about. In a perfect world I guess the entire process would have been seamless.

Just a terrible, terrible experience. This company made repeated mistakes with our order that…read moreultimately put my wife and me in an incredibly compromising situation with a three-month-old baby. We started this process 10 weeks ago with a 10% deposit on the order. When financing was not approved due to our credit being temporarily impacted by a recent large home purchase, we requested that our 10% deposit instead be applied toward the single window we needed in order to move into our home. Ten weeks later, we discovered that the order for that single window had never even been placed. The situation was eventually escalated to Heath M in management. When Heath first spoke with us, he was profusely apologetic and acknowledged how serious the situation had become. Unfortunately, when it came time to actually make things right, that concern amounted to very little. Instead, the focus ultimately shifted to our financing not being approved rather than the mistakes that occurred afterward. Daniel K., a Regional Sales Manager, also became involved. Daniel gave me specific instructions for pouring a new window sill, which I followed. After I had already completed the work, I received an email informing me that the sill I had poured according to those instructions would not work. I was then presented with a replacement window quote at roughly twice the cost of the original contracted window. The same window that, despite our request, had never been ordered, all while Window World was still holding our 10% deposit. Window World knew we were trying to get this house ready for my wife and our three-month-old baby. Instead, after 10 weeks, repeated issues, and multiple members of management becoming involved, we were still left trying to resolve the situation ourselves. Mistakes happen in business. What matters is how a company responds when those mistakes happen. In my experience, Window World had multiple opportunities to make this situation right, and I was extremely disappointed with how they chose to handle it. I cannot recommend Window World based on our experience, and I sincerely hope no other family has to go through something similar.
