With Anita's massage therapy, red light therapy, physical, and hydro therapy Ring is doing amazing we have had 6 visit's and when we go to the sessions Ring gets stronger every time, and my daughter has homework to do at home as well. Fast forward to June 23 I picked up my cat and the receptionist said doctor would like to speak to you about your cat and I said ok, went in an exam room a doctor Stewart spoke to me and said she was concerned for my cats health due to him vomiting, she wanted to do a lot of tests and not give me a price for this? I refused and said I would like to leave as I prepaid for my boarding at time of drop off. I as a pet parent was asking questions as to what kinds of medication and things were done to my cat while he was boarding and that is normal for me to ask as he is my cat! Two days later another doctor called and harassed me saying I was ungrateful and accusatory and she said well how much did you want them to feed him? All unnecessary statements and questions. She also sent an equally harassment email to me and never signed her email? I called and spoke to Madi she was helpful but still haven't heard back from anyone regarding who was the mystery doctor that called me and harassed me after I left the clinic to get my cat. I feel as a customer that I have a right to know what happened with my cat at the clinic.

The first time was already a little questionable, but we decided to give them another chance because my father-in-law has taken his dog there for years and always seemed happy with them. I also thought it was interesting that when I called for an appointment, I was pushed out FOUR WEEKS, while my father-in-law called later and got in the very next day. Apparently his dog is on the VIP grooming list while mine was scheduled for extreme makeover: canine edition. Now, I completely understand that sometimes dogs need shorter cuts depending on coat condition, mats, weather, etc. But there's a difference between "short" and "I can suddenly see my dog's entire skeleton structure." My poor Cocker Spaniel is now standing around the house looking confused and drafty. We truly tried to give this place a fair second chance, but after this experience, we definitely won't be returning.
