As I sit all toasty in the wooden sauna with Himalayan salt and soft music in my ears I'm happy to be here. I regularly get massages -- or rather, blasts-- and had not been for awhile and really felt the difference. This massage goes deep into the cause of a lot of stiffness and gardening of the body and spirit. Myo fascia is like a weblike sheath surrounding your muscles and pretty much like a suit under your skin that gets taut and knotty. But the blaster blasts all that away leaving your skin with more circulation your body invigorated, your muscles relaxed. It's a great and necessary compliment to any yoga practice, which works the same in many asanas, but profoundly.
