I would suggest reaching out for a survey lead time even before you set your due diligence date- then add a week in case of inclimate weather. I didn't do this... They really saved me & I suggest you get on their calendars ASAP. The survey is so beautiful that I think I'll frame it haha. Overall my experience has been stressful, but Randy made what seemed like good attempts to correct things. It was just too little too late. I needed to have two stakes put in my yard to mark two boundaries/corners. They assured me they could do that within two weeks. After almost 5 weeks I still do not have my land marked. I was not informed of delays and kept being told I'd have it done today or tomorrow. The quote I was provided was among the highest but I went with them anyway because they assured me it could be done quickly. I wish I had gone with another company from the start rather than have to find a new one now, 5 weeks later.

Unfortunately, their business model has changed from "honest and hardworking" to "opaque and manipulative." The Technical Issues: In 2020, Santa Air installed my trane system but failed to properly connect the emergency heat strips. I spent five winters wondering why my house wouldn't stay warm below 30°F. They missed this mistake during every subsequent maintenance visit over the 5 years. Recently, they tried to charge me $1,700 for repairs I didn't need. A second opinion confirmed their diagnosis was wrong; that technician fixed Santa Air's original installation mistake and the actual sensor issue for a total of $575. The Billing Issues: Their current pricing "tiers" (Bronze, Silver, Gold) are incredibly over-inflated compared to other local HVAC companies. And if you only need a repair included in the Gold tier, you have to pay for all the things you don't need in the tiers below it. When I realized the invoice was vague and the work wasn't needed, I cancelled. The Ethics Issue: The most disappointing part was the office's response. They tried to emotionally guilt-trip me. They held my refund hostage, telling me they would only return my money if I removed my negative reviews. I refused to be coerced and had to fight for three months through my bank to recover the funds for services never rendered. Don't let the high star rating fool you--they are actively pressuring customers to delete bad experiences. Always get a second opinion!!!
