Our family is working with a general contractor, and has been attempting to work with Scalice for now going on almost 3 months. They must be very busy. Good for them - anyone can work with expectations once they are set. We were quoted 6-8 weeks before someone could come out for the survey. We waited. They completed the work and we submitted what we needed to the county for our permit but the county requested more detail as the detail was missing for our pool area. We have now been contacting this company daily to get a confirmation on when they can make the requested update and have been unable to get a response. So now we have already paid them and are at their mercy to have a minimum expectation of customer service. It may take a while and they may deliver on one service but don't expect to be treated as an appreciated customer. You must hope they did everything right the first time because once they are done, there's no full accountability to their customers if clarifications or updates are needed.

So, I'm not sure if Randy is at fault for my bad experience, but I wanted to leave a review to caution others from going through this service. Overall my experience has been stressful, but Randy made what seemed like good attempts to correct things. It was just too little too late. I needed to have two stakes put in my yard to mark two boundaries/corners. They assured me they could do that within two weeks. After almost 5 weeks I still do not have my land marked. I was not informed of delays and kept being told I'd have it done today or tomorrow. The quote I was provided was among the highest but I went with them anyway because they assured me it could be done quickly. I wish I had gone with another company from the start rather than have to find a new one now, 5 weeks later.
