Stopped in to get a massage after a busy week of festivities. My cousin and I chose the combo…read moremassage was is listed as $59 but if you check in on Yelp, you can pay $55 for the service. The massage itself was decent and that's the only reason why I'm leaving the two stars up. It would've been a solid four stars for me, but I'm disappointed in a few things. Here are my reasons: 1) when we originally called, the lady who answered the phone said that the one hour massage was $50 and when we arrived -- she didn't honor it and kept saying that it was $60. Either way -- the prices were reasonable, but please honor what you quote over the phone before guests make the trip out to your establishment. 2) since there were only two masseuses working, every time the phone rang -- they would rotate to take the calls in the lobby. While that may be generally okay, they should've added an extra 5 minutes to the massage since they both stepped out at least 5 times each (my cuzzo and I were in the same massage room). The ladies stopped exactly on the hour so it basically made us lose a bit of massage time. We should get the full hour because that's what we paid for. 3) finally, this was a bit embarrassing to experience. We tipped accordingly to our experience and we're generous tippers. One of the ladies had the audacity to say "do you have more?" after we gave them their gratuity. Why would any professional ever ask that of a guest? I'm not going to tip $30 for a $55 massage in which we got ripped off on time anyway.

I found a Groupon for a 50 min massage but they were booked online for the day I wanted. I called…read moreand they were super accommodating and got me an appointment for that day. I went in and there was definitely a language barrier but the woman used google translate to let me know that the man who was supposed to do my massage was running late so she would start it. I didn't book with anyone particular so I didn't mind and she was great. About 35 minutes in, the male masseuse came in and finished the massage. I started a little before 3 and got out around 4:10. Most places would never do this for you! There was a hot stone treatment and warm towel at the end. Lollipops and water provided and a very comfortable bed. My only complaint is that I never turned over and my quads never got a massage but I didn't specifically ask for that so I can't blame them !

WARNING: This business operates in a way that feels alarmingly close to a scam. My daughter…read morepurchased a $100 gift card for her mother, only to discover that the gift card cannot actually be used unless the recipient provides a credit card to keep on file. Think about that for a moment: the service has already been paid for, yet they still refuse to honor the gift card unless they collect additional financial information. I've never encountered another legitimate business with a policy like this. If someone buys a gift card, that gift card should be sufficient payment--period. Requiring customers to hand over their credit card details before they'll accept a prepaid gift card is unreasonable and raises serious concerns about why they need that information in the first place. Whether the goal is to pressure customers into spending more than the gift card's value or simply to collect payment information, it's an anti-consumer policy that destroys trust. If you don't want to be pressured into providing your credit card information just to redeem a gift that's already been paid for, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Massages are so so at best when you have to tell a new therapist every time what you want because you can't get the therapist , time or day you want. It's a great business model and scam for massage envy. Don't get sucked in!,, negative 1 star rating
