When I walked in today the woman was surprised I was there and could not understand what service I was there for even though I pointed to it on the menu a few times. After finally getting on the same page I was brought to a room with multiple chairs. She put my feet in a bucket and then massaged my arms and hands but only used lotion on my right arm and not my left which I found very odd and actually a bit painful. When it was time for the foot massage, she spent a lot of time massaging BONEY PARTS of my feet and legs. She spent a lot of time on my KNEES which I had to tell her multiple times to stop because it really hurt. She spent time on my shins and the tops of my feet and individual toes... I literally cannot stress enough how much time she spent on my knees... After all of that she only spent about 7 minutes per foot and did not even touch my heels which was the biggest reason for going in. After this she told me to follow her to a room which I'm assuming was for the body massage. She led me to the room, pointed to the bed, shut the curtain and left. I had no direction of what to do, and I didn't see a blanket or gown to be dressed or covered in so I decided to just not go through with the body portion of the massage. I went up to the desk asked if I could tip on the card and after about 5 minutes she presents a higher price than the menu showed so I tipped 18% (to compensate for the price difference) said thanks and left. She looked at the receipt and stared me down as I was walking to the parking lot. I would NOT recommend this facility for any service at all. My feet still hurt and now my knees hurt too.

At the 50 minute mark, she said "we're done" and I said "we're done early?" and she knew she was too early. Here are my reasons: 1) when we originally called, the lady who answered the phone said that the one hour massage was $50 and when we arrived -- she didn't honor it and kept saying that it was $60. Either way -- the prices were reasonable, but please honor what you quote over the phone before guests make the trip out to your establishment. 2) since there were only two masseuses working, every time the phone rang -- they would rotate to take the calls in the lobby. While that may be generally okay, they should've added an extra 5 minutes to the massage since they both stepped out at least 5 times each (my cuzzo and I were in the same massage room). The ladies stopped exactly on the hour so it basically made us lose a bit of massage time. We should get the full hour because that's what we paid for. 3) finally, this was a bit embarrassing to experience. We tipped accordingly to our experience and we're generous tippers. One of the ladies had the audacity to say "do you have more?" after we gave them their gratuity. Why would any professional ever ask that of a guest?
