That set the tone for the rest of the experience. I signed up for their $59 facial special. As soon as I sat down, the worker immediately started upselling me on extra options. The way it was explained was confusing, and I agreed to extractions and another add-on, thinking they were part of the original facial. After a very quick facial, I went to pay and the total had jumped from $59 to $124. When I asked why, I was told it was because of the add-ons. Then I received a text receipt showing $137 instead -- which I'm assuming included a tip I never agreed to. I didn't argue in the moment, but I definitely learned a lesson. Between the rescheduling, lateness, confusing upsell tactics, and surprise charges, I would not recommend Oasis Spa in Saugus. Proceed with caution.

She just opened in the past year and I had put off going in for a visit and now I regret it because I could have found relief much sooner for all that stress and low energy that has been bogging me down.
