After a month, I canceled my membership and for the last 2 yrs now they have charged me almost 1200.00 dollars after the cancelation. I even changed my credit card number, received a confirmation that it was canceled yet they got ahold of my bank and continued to charge me monthly. Even during Covid. I called WW and every single woman that I talk to was a rude and condescending. I mean NEVER EVER give them your financial information. They are crooks. I called my bank and unfortunately their hands are tied. They were able to refund two months and that was it. This place is supposed to be about helping and supporting people, not financially stealing. My next step is going to be to contact BBB and then blast them on every single platform I can find.
