Feel free to do your own research about ideal levels day of transfer. (Between 20-32.5ng/ml) Then I'm told the level would be half of that by night time for a med that has a half life of 36 hours. Clearly math is not this clinics strong suit. Do your own research. His team then claimed my insurance didn't cover anything. I asked the office to print all of my bills and submitted to my insurance after the fact. Turns out my insurance covers ALOT. It's been two months and I'm still struggling to get refunds. Do your own research and don't believe what they tell you about your insurance coverage. Check yourself!

Dr. Bush is a genius, and a very calm, steady figure, especially as the head of your IVF plan, as he was for ours. We came to Conceptions after years of infertility and recurrent miscarriages. After all the initial testing we decided to go with IVF as the success rates are very high here at conceptions. I almost didn't go through with IVF as the cost, stress of going through the process, and fear of it not working really weighed on me. Luckily, I didn't let that all stop me, so we went through the egg retrieval process. Dr. Chiang did my egg retrieval and I had pretty much no pain post OP - it went so much smoother than I could have imagined. (I was really afraid of having the retrieval and let horror stories on line scare me - lol!) Everyone was so kind and reassuring before and after the procedure. We had great success creating embryos, and after the first embryo transfer failed, Dr. Bush personally made sure he was there to do the trial transfer prior to the real one. He assured me the next transfer was going to work - and guess what - it did! We had a successful pregnancy and birth and the whole team - from IVF to transfers - made our dream of a family come true. I am so glad I came to Conceptions to go through IVF. I want to add that some people leaving reviews say they never saw the doctor but once or twice. While this may be true, please know that the doctors are working hard behind the scenes even when you're not meeting with them. As with the first IUI, it involved very little medication. We are very thankful and blessed. Again, my Conceptions fertility doctor (Dr O'Shaughnessy) told me my eggs were no good and I wouldn't be able to conceive with my own eggs, but I really think she's full of sh*. UPDATE: // TLDR Conceptions advised against IUI, which is the procedure we wanted to undergo. They gave no legitimate reason, and I doubt the doctor even reviewed my previous records as she said she would. I had 2 failed IVF protocols here, the first one of which was an improper protocol (by the doctor's own words). I was told my eggs were no good and I needed an egg donor ($55K+), but I went to my original clinic in Arizona and got pregnant on first attempt with IUI with minimal medication compared to IVF. 2 MONTHS LATER. We are now the proud parents of a healthy, beautiful baby girl. This clinic definitely feels like a cash grab and I'm convinced the doctor we had is full of s*** and primarily motivated by money not results. IUI costs maybe $1K vs IVF which is about $10K-20K for most people, even with insurance.

I initially called to make an appointment and was told they never received my referral. Thankfully, my doctor gave me a copy, so I offered to email it myself. I spoke with Brooke Austin, a Patient Consultant, and sent the referral while we were literally on the phone together. I asked if we could schedule my appointment, but apparently that was too ambitious. I was told an account needed to be created first and that I would receive an email once that was done. Fine. I waited. I eventually received the email saying I could make an appointment, so I called back. This time I was told they still hadn't received my husband's referral and that I couldn't schedule until I knew the first day of my period. Okay... so I waited again. Two weeks later, my husband called to schedule appointments for both of us. He spent 20 minutes on hold, was transferred, then spent another 20 minutes waiting.....only to be told that CCRM had somehow not received either of our referrals. Both referrals. Despite the fact that they had been sent. Despite me having email confirmation. Despite me previously being told I could schedule. At this point, the excuse was that they were short-staffed. I completely understand being short-staffed. What I don't understand is why patients are expected to repeatedly call, resend documents, explain the same situation over and over, and spend nearly an hour on hold just to accomplish something as basic as making an appointment. My husband was eventually put on hold AGAIN and, after all of that, they still couldn't resolve the issue. So we took our business elsewhere. And just to be clear, this was for very simple tests. We were possibly seeking fertility care depending on this results... and IVF was potentially something we would consider in the future. This is already an emotional and stressful process, and the last thing anyone needs is a clinic adding unnecessary frustration and chaos before you've even become a patient. If CCRM can't keep track of two referrals and communicate consistently with two prospective patients, it doesn't exactly inspire confidence in their ability to manage something as important and complex as fertility treatment. You only get one chance to make a first impression, and CCRM's first impression was: disorganized, difficult to communicate with, and incredibly frustrating. They didn't just lose one potential patient--they lost both of us, along with any potential future IVF business. Hopefully management takes a serious look at how referrals and new-patient scheduling are being handled, because whatever system is currently in place clearly isn't working.

The positives: The front desk staff are compassionate and genuinely try to help you find answers quickly. My IVF nurse, Kris, has been exceptional throughout the process--knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive. Dr. Ambler is kind, direct, and clearly very knowledgeable. Scheduling appointments has been straightforward, and the clinical team does a good job of keeping treatment moving efficiently. The negatives: Despite having insurance coverage, I was charged a $2,000 administrative fee. The clinic also charges a $250 cancellation fee for virtually any change, even when circumstances are completely outside a patient's control. In my case, after a spontaneous pregnancy that unfortunately ended in loss, I was still expected to pay the cancellation fee. I was also quoted an incorrect cycle cost that was off by approximately $2,500. My biggest frustration has been with the billing department. I experienced repeated billing errors, inconsistent information, and difficulty getting clear answers. Fertility treatment is already emotionally and financially overwhelming, and interactions with billing often felt impersonal and lacking empathy. Overall, the clinical care has been solid, but the administrative and billing side of the practice leaves a great deal to be desired.
